a few weeks ago i bought queen bootleg cd called killers. it's live stuff from 73, 74 and 75 although keep yourself alive sounds like studio version with cheers at the end. anyone know something about that bootleg? any info?
yes - I bought it on LP in summer of 1991 at a record fair - the A side is an unreleased BBC Radio session 4 tracks , see what a fool i've been , keep yourself alive , liar and son and daughter , they added audience clapping on the end of these four tracks to make them sound like a "live" recording ( which it doesnt of course ) B side is from Rainbow theatre 31.3.74 and is a live performance , again 4 tracks procession / father to son , if memory serves me ogre battle and then son and daughter . hope this helps you
No , Queen : Killers is NOT an offical Queen productions or Parlophone release - your thinking of "Live Killers " the official live album from 1979 8-)This bootleg album comes in a black sleeve with a picture of a Queen of spades playing card .
