My 10-year-old daughter wants to see this movie but all the reviews say it's rated PG for "strong language and a disturbing image".
We live in Queens, NY. Strong language? Pffft.
But what is this 'disturbing image' they mention in every review? Does anyone know?
I know there's a dog in the movie... nothing happens to it, I hope. That would be disturbing indeed.

This part, perhaps (haven't seen it myself):
"A bus suddenly slams into a car, resulting in a person being hit (we don't see the impact, but do see the body on the street -- no blood)."
Thank you, Zeni. I think you're right, that must be the scene they're talking about. But, I have to say, if they call that disturbing, they haven't seen some prime-time TV.
Thanks for the link!

REVIEWS FOR 'MARCH OF THE PENGUINS'
SEX/NUDITY
We hear that the penguins are monogamous, but only for one year at a time.
We see a partial shot of a male penguin mounting a female one from behind for mating purposes, but no actual copulation is seen.
------------------------------------------------
That's gotta be the most hardcore G rated film I've ever seen.

LOL!
That one we didn't see... and, no, it wasn't because of the explicit sex.
:-)
