Hello Everyone,
Has anyone heard of the Gutar company Legg ?
Has anyone bought a Guitar made by / from Legg ?
Has anyone bought or seen (dont mean pictures) a Red Special made by Legg ?
The reason I am asking is I am thinking about buying one but I dont know anyone who has dealt with this company before. They cost about 2200 euros to build and ship to the UK, and half of that must be paid before they start to build, so I am a little warey.
Here is a link to some pictures. link
I think the person to ask would be jamie, she has done extensive research for the past year and I suspect she will be able to fill you in on all the details!
Interesting, looks to have a great trem, and all you would need to do is replace the switches. Wonder if it has a switch plate, or if everything is fastened to the pickguard. Wonder if the the sound chambers are there, or if the cavity is shielded, or if. . . . I think I'll try some of the free translation engines out there.
Just took a look at the pictures, boy does that guitar look great. Looks as if the switches are secured to a switchplate underneath the pickguard, as I coud not see any screws securing the switches. I would love to learn more about this guitar!

Legg?
I'm not too sophisticated to make it. :D
It has sound chambers so it's got one feature you won't find in Johnny Knoxville's Dillion.
Is Jamie related to Johnny?

Aaahh, johnny. I wonder what happened to him? Maybe he took various people's advice and tried to get the true may sound by playing with his amp in the bath?

I know just enough Italian to tell you that
"con camere tonali" means "with sound chambers".
So yes, the sound chambers are there.

They might be being sarcastic. We should be wary!
What has happened to jamie, it's all gone very quiet since she claimed to be getting the Guyton red special.
Any news people? did it arrive with the burns logo on it?
