I SAW THE CONCERT IN CHICAGO AND LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING, THAT PAUL RODGERS CAN'T BE TOURING WITH QUEEN, THE NEW FANS WHEN THEY SAW HIS PERFORMANCE, THEY SAY AND THIS IS QUEEN? NO WAY, TELL ME SOMETHING, WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF THEY TAKE OUT TO THE SHOW ALL THE MERCURY VIDEOS, IF THAT TOUR STILL ALIVE IS BECAUSE OF THE CLEAVER INTRODUCTION OF THOSE VIDEOS SPECIALLY WHEN THEY PLAY BOHEMIAN RAPHSODY, IS THE CLIMAX BUT AFTER THE OPERETIC PART THAT PAUL RODGERS TAKE THE STAGE AND TOTALLY KILL THAT CLIMAX, THATS SUCKS, AND SOMETHING ELSE, WHEN THEY SEPARATE WE WILL ROCK YOU AND WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS WITH ONE OF PAUL SONGS NO WAY THAT WAS THE STUPED THING TO DO , WHAT HAPPEN EITH BRIAN AND ROGER?
IF THEY ONE SOME ONE TO TOUR WITH I SAY THE LEAD SINGER OF THE DARKNESS, THAT GUY EVEN SAY THAT FREEDIE MERCURY WAS AND STILL BEIN HIS IDOL AND HE RESPECT QUEEN, THAT PAUL R. SAY ONE TIME THAT HE IS INTRODUCING HIS STYL TO QUEEN OR THEY ARE MIXING STYLES NO WAY, WHAT STYLE IF HE HAVE THE GOOD LUCK TO BE TOURING WITH QUEEN BEFORE THAT NOBODY HEAR ABOUT HIM.
Hi all, Let me tell you how I feel watching Paul Rodgers making a joke of himself, Queen is: BRIAN MAY, JOHN DEACON, ROGER TAYLOR AND FREDDIE MERCURY. Paul Rodgers does not deserve to sing Queen's songs, is so painful to watch and listen. Brian states he is a "nice guy" just because he (Brian) is such a very polite man, but honestly as a Queen fan I prefer nobody "traying" to take Freddie's place. A very dissapointed Queen Fan Freddie you are the best showman this planet earth has known
Umm...
You don't make sense to me. You say "LYKK OH EMM GEE QUEEN IS JOHN ROGER BRIANN AND FREDDIEEE"
and then you say "I THINK THEY SHOULD REPLACE FREDDIE WITH THE LEAD SINGER OF THE DARKNESS!!!!!!111eleventy"
And you know, if you don't want to see Queen with Paul Rodgers, you know what you can do? Just that! DON'T GO TO SEE THEM.
Yet, for the rest of us who enjoy watching the guys do what they do best, we have Q+PR!
Isn't it nice how that works out?
THE SECOND COMING OF THE ISIAS PROPHET HE WHO SAW CONQUERED AND LORD OF CUMGUZZLING LADYBOYS NEVER HAVING SEEN A LIVE BIRD FLOCK BIRD GUZZLE GEEZER ANUS! AND SO DID THE RULER OF THE UNIVERSE, RODGERS PAUL SAW THAT THING COMING
Made just as much sense in my opinion.
Chicago must have been a poor concert then because it would seem to have been different to the one I saw in Detroit. The rest of the audience must have been different to everyone I saw and heard were knocked out by the show.
Oh yes I have also seen the original Queen in their early days and later and yes they were great - even awesome on the right night but you know what, the band a lot of us saw last night were good to and on a couple of numbers even awesome too.
However, we can all have the ultimate sanction of buying or not buying the tickets. Next time around, if hopefully there is a next time, I suspect overall more tickets will be bought!
ok, first of all.......the chicago concert was AWESOME! you people complain too much. just dont go next time, alright?
about paul rodgers......this guy is not trying to replace freddie (who the hell can?) he's not shoving himself into the band (hence queen + PR).
do you call yourselves supportive queen fans? brian may and roger taylor, after all these years, take the time to come to america, the place where freddie was rejected, and play for whiny audiences like you. when freddie was alive, you complained that he was DIFFERENT. now hes dead and your complaining that someone who is the complete opposite is singing his songs?!?!PATHETIC! you have no gratitude for what brian and roger are doing.
LOOK AT ME EVERYBODY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LIKE TO TYPE IN ALL CAPS AND TALK REAL LOUD SO PEOPLE PAY ATTENTION TO ME!!!!!!!!!!!!! BLAHBLAHBLAHBLAHBLINGBLIBGBLAH!!!!!!!!!!!
Bijoux, get a life, go to school, and learn to type.
Then maybe people will take you seriously. Oh, wait. No they won't, because you're still just whining about stuff we don't care to hear anyway. Learn to appreciate what you've got. Whether you like it or not, these guys are entertaining so many people out there, and everyone that goes comes back very pleased and with major respect for Paul. So the least you can do is respect Brian and Roger's decison. At least they're out playing these great songs again, and isn't that the most important thing?
Again, they really oughta call up Freddie Mercury and get him on this tour. That's what everyone wants. Why don't they just do that?!? Brian and Roger are such idiots.

Survey says. . . "Douche bag. . ."
No. What a tic. . . "Ass clown. . . "
Yes, that's the ticket.
Firstly, and I've avoided this argument in deference to Freddie's amazing legacy, but Paul Rodgers is possessed of one of the most amazing rock voices in history. The fact that people slag him off because he's not Freddie bespeaks a certain smallmindedness and inability to get beyond the past.
Secondly. . . why, exactly, do some fans think they have the right to determine what is, or is not, Queen? Last I checked, most of the people here are/were not part of the band, and therefore have exactly shit to say about the use of the Queen moniker.
If all the rabid fans here and at QOL were to drop dead tomorrow and never buy another record or ticket, the sum total effect would be exactly nothing.
In case we've forgotten, "fan" is merely a shortened form of "fanatic."
I attended the chicago show with my 10 year old son we drove all the way from southern indiana and it was worth every penny. the show absolutly rocked. not only am i a huge freddie fan i am a die hard brian and roger fan. i have been listening to their music since i was 5. this is a lifelong dream and i want to thank paul rogers for helping make that dream a reality.for the ones that dont like it dont go to the shows we can do without you.
