Okay, without John I really don't think I want to hear Dragon Attack! |
Freddiettt 03.03.2006 20:22 |
i could fing 50 base player at any bar that could play DA. |
turini 03.03.2006 20:22 |
still if he wrote it should be his |
Deacons 1st Choice 03.03.2006 20:27 |
Only John Deacon can do the Dragon Attack riffs correctly, and with his own little "Deacy twists' and other little sound enhancers. Take a listen to DA on the old Montreal 81' show ( WWRY ) during the jam section...the notes he is playing, and the style he is playing them is wonderful! Danny is good of course covering the bass in Q+PR, nothing against him, but John made those parts his own onstage and on record. Bless ya, Deacy...wherever you are mate....:) |

Funny you should mention the Montreal 81 show (WWRY.) Ha! I had that DVD checked out from Netflix since February of 2005! I kind of misplace it. It was a good gig. Jeez though . . . Dragon Attack! Too cool! HELLO DC! (next week) |

Come on up....you said yourself you know the language. Just remember: it's "CAH" not "CAR". There is NO "R" pronouncing up in these parts...that's why people here think i am from out of town! There is still time to grab tickets! Come on...you know you want to! I have a very good feeling the band has something special planned for the Boston crowd.....Boston and Queen go waaaaaayyyyy back. :) They know we know all the old stuff from the beginning...KYA broke here first for them in 73' and was hot stuff before the rest of the US even had heard it yet! Gotta love those Boston radio stations back then.....:) |

Hey guys, I just came back from the show, I posted a review of it here: link You can see the set list there as well. Oh, thanks to all of you who waited patiently for the songs to be posted at the Web site and for all of your wonderful comments. |
TheGame 04.03.2006 04:45 |
I'm not blown away about this setlist, quite ordinary really. I hope they will do more changes in the future, cous this kinda sucked. Almost same setlist as the european tour, come on! |
scprof 04.03.2006 06:09 |
If they do the concerts like they did Europe, then there is a good chance they will have a different set list for every show. With it being the first show back on the road after their winter break, I would expect to see a few more new songs added as the tour goes on. |
violonbleu 04.03.2006 06:36 |
