yesterday i got a mail from queenonline. an articel from the coming gigs in us. they wrote that queen sold 30 million records in us. since their beginning. do you think the number is true? isn't it more? i mean, they sold only in germany almost 18 million albums. i can't believe that...
when queen played in frankfurt 3 month ago, there was a big report about the band on the radio. and the moderator just mentioned that they sold almost 18 million records just in germany.
no, its not very important. the states are such a big country, so its just a little bit strange for me that they sold "only" 30 million records in the united states. that's all.

Would have thought U2 would be on this list. They have been massive in the states since 1987.

LOL! I guess my vinyl copy when I was 10 years old was just a figment of my imagination. I even imagined it into having an Elektra label.
And then there's the 1991 Hollywood version I bought at least twice.
Yeah, I can pretty much vouch for it selling 3 copies here.
So here's the corrected figures:
QUEEN II 3
