I just brought these 2 Queen CD's at a record fair. I paid £15 each for them - £30 in all. Take a look at the tracklists do you think they were worth the money? I was also interested to know how rare the tracks are and what one's are the rarest in your opinion:

All of these are freely available for download on the internet - which is presumably how someone managed to cobble the 2 cd's together in the first place.
Congratulations - you've just paid someone to download free Queen material.

If he's happy with what he bought , than yes to him it is worth it :-) Although most if not all that stuff is available online as downloads . But as for financial value - yes you paid to much , there are no limited edition bootlegs especially in the advent of mp3 downloads .
