Hello again. I don't sell anything on EBay, instead I put on QZ Brixton 2005 concert as I promised before. This AVI is converted from DVD version, which Boggle had first uploaded on Dimeadozen and Team Zissou then has brought it here on QZ. So, thanks go to both of them, of course. Thus, all who have downloaded the DVD version, please don't download this, as it's exactly the same concert, converted to smaller AVI Xvid (700 MB). I converted it the same way as I'd done with 46664 concert, so those, who downloaded it, know what to expect :-) Info about this gig you can find in this thread here: link That's all I wanted, starting my Torrent in seed mode and you could start torrenting just now. Enjoy and don't forget seeding to help others. |

Thanks a lot for converting also Brixton! |

Thank you so much for doing this. |

Thanks for converting this concert, also. Cheers! |

I'll be all over this as soon as I figure out how to burn the 46664 set. Thanks a lot for converting this and sharing! |

No worries Libor2. I still appreciate it regardless. In fact I will go ahead and download this in hopes I will figure out the problem. I do believe it's PC related. I'll burn the file to CD and try it on my sisters computer if I can. No need for guilt brother... you (among others) are making a lot of QueenZoners very happy! Rob |
Scott_Mercury 04.05.2005 23:48 |
Ok.. I am going to seem like a total dumbass here... but here go's. When a member posts something like this... What exactly can you others do with it?? Are you burning it onto a dvd? Watching it on your computer?? I'd slaughter a pig with my teeth to see/hear these downloads .... but it seems when I try, all I get is errors and "illegal operation". |
jericho05 04.05.2005 23:54 |
You should be able to watch it on your PC and burn it to a CD (VCD). |

I'd slaughter a pig with my teeth to see/hear these downloads .... but it seems when I try, all I get is errors and "illegal operation".There could be always some problem with video files on PC, 'cos there are many different formats and codecs of them (DivX..., XVid, mpeg1, mpeg2 mpeg4 etc.). It depends then on your computer (hardware and software), if you can play it. (My friend had problem with playing video files once: after installing Nero6, all his videos played with shaking (he has a little bit slower comp). No matter what he'd tried (uninstall Nero, install new codecs, video card driver ...), it hasn't helped. The only solution he's found, was to delete win98 and install the system anew. Then it went OK again.) All I wanted to say, it could be PITA sometimes to play video in comp. And all I can do, if I convert it, is to try, if it goes on my comps. So try to uninstall codecs, install them again, try different players, video card drivers, new directX, look if you haven't got virus or trojan or some malware in your computer etc. etc. I know, it's horrible, but it's computer reality :-(( |

jericho05 wrote: You should be able to watch it on your PC and burn it to a CD (VCD).I looked better and I found this link: link That link I wrote in different thread (about Xvid codecs) was only for Xvid developers, so no go for us, ordinary comp users. On the site above you can find all what'd be needed to play these files (codecs,players...). There are FAQ and Forum too, so maybe someone could have solution to such problems. Have a nice day. |

Many thanks for this. I left my PC at home downloading, si I think I should still be seeding it at the moment. I seem to recall that there was a cover for the DVD version of this but I can't find it anywhere. Could someone please point me to it. V. |

I tried burning the file on a different PC... I am now rocking to the 46664!! I bow down! Now I can jump on the Brixton! Libor, is the quality comparable to the 46664? Thanks a lot! |

Thanks a lot!If you bear in mind, that 46664 is professionaly filmed and Brixton is personal camera video, then I think Brixton is very good. If you ask me, if it's worth download, then yes. |

Thanks again. A small note: I may be wrong but it doesn't seem as if the leechers are staying on long once they are done. I show only 5 seeders and 29 leechers. Just a reminder everyone: please upload at least as much as you download if not more. I realise some of you have bandwidth limit etc. but if you don't share at least 1.0 there will be some who will not get this show. If you seed for 24 hours or so after you are done you should have no problems. |

Alex Solan wrote: Thanks so much Libor! If it helps my friend's PC (where the file still is - I've burned it to a CD already) will be at least 48 hours turn on, with the windows open ;)There we go; thanks Alex. |

A lot of peers and then a few seeds :-( It's always problem with torrent and people don't understand, if they won't help others to download, there won't be any torrent in the near future. But, if you'd have problem, I look in here frequently and always can help a little with seeding. Same goes for Alex and others. Won't being there all the time though. Libor PS. I put Brian May VH1 in AVI XVid on QZ during weekend or next week. I have it prepared, as I wrote to Alex. |
djaef 06.05.2005 04:45 |
I'm wishing I'd waited for this instead of jumping on the dvd torrent. I'm still only a third of the way through that cause I have to juggle the download with all my other rampant desires :) |
jericho05 06.05.2005 17:50 |
I've completed downloading and have the same problem as the 46664. I again will try this on another PC but will continue to seed for awhile here. One question... 97 minutes so it will not fit on one CD. Where should I make the cut? Any ideas... and also what should I use to try this? Thanks again for sharing. |

Thanks again for sharing.I did it the same way as 46664 gig, so the result gonna be the same (and, of course, the same problems :-) What I don't understand, why it shouldn't fit to CD. It's exactly the same size (in MB) as 46664 AVI. Do you burn it in any special way? (because it definitely should fit to 80min/700 MB CDR media). |
jericho05 06.05.2005 20:48 |
*lol NOT trying to boost my post count* When I try to burn (not at home... PC wont let me) Nero tells me I do not have enough room on the CD. The 700 MB file will use 860 MB to get the whole 97 minutes. So... what is everyone else doing? Are you burning it on one disc somehow? Enquiring mind wants to know! Thanks |

ThanksIt seems to me that you burn it as VCD (or SVCD). I always wonder, why to use these old formats in these days (the only one thing is to play it on some desktop DVD player). If it's so, then OK, if you only want to backup it on CD and play on PC, then you could burn it like standard data disc (and it will fit CD in this case). Maybe you can use TMPGEnc to convert it to (S)VCD. It could also cut it to parts. I don't use it (and don't plan to), so couldn't help more. You should try. |

Rafael Moreira™ wrote: How long does it take to convert it to VCD format? (please tell the configuration of the PC used by you too!) I think my computer won't be able to convert it... I have installed some great codec packs, but my PC is a bit old and slow, so it may take over a day to convert 2 hours of video to VCD... It took about an hour to convert 15 minutes of WMV to VCD format... When I download this one, I think I'll put in a CD and pay someone to convert it for me... :-DI couldn't tell exactly how long it takes to convert it, but expect rather long times. I use 2GHz P4 (BTW, nothing too new :-( with 512MB RAM and 7200rpm HD. To convert it from DVD to XVid took approx. 4 or 5 hours. |

erm, has anyone got this as the split up chapters? if they have can they send me each chapter please? i tried it but it was a pain in the arse and my comp kept crashing so... please and thank you! |
Libor2 25.05.2005 14:22 |
I'm seeding it just now, so if anybody want to complete it, you've got the chance. I can make chapters from it, but I don't think I'll do it. It's another unnecessary work for me and I don't see any reason for cutting it. |

Please can someone help me. I want to burn this gig to dvd so my mum can watch it. I've downloaded a avi-mpeg converter and it won't work. I've tried it 3 times and each time it takes 7 hours to convert it and the end result is 5 hours of no sound (when the concert finishes at 1hour 37mins) then the gig is just paused on the last scene. Is there anyway of downloading it ready to burn or could someone do it for me if i send them a dvd r? |

It can prepare video for DVD, make chapters, convert it and burn it (use DVD-RW to test). |

This is an excellent download - they put in Paul Rogers songs at convenient moments so I can go get a drink, and by the time I get back Brian or Roger is singing! Excellent stuff! (by the wayside... I'm not shitting on Paul Rogers, I actually like him in this tour - just not as interested in his music. Sue me!) |
