I'm staying out of it for the most part from this start point, but since wstussyb wants me to begin, I open the floor to all of you! One thing though, could someone please post on this topic, a GOOD photo of Brian and his clogs. To be honest, I haven't seen that many of Brian wearing clogs.. Usually when I've seen him he is wearing sneakers (or tennis shoes as we call them in the USA). If you have anything to say about Brian's clogs that intrigues me, I'll put my 2 cents in. On your marks, get set, go! |

Brian's clogs most definitely beat out John's afro. But that's just me. :) |

I have personally seen him in black clogs, white clogs, burgandy clogs, and tennis shoes. I have personally seen him wear white sport socks with clogs-which looks really weird--but that's brian! Now if you really want to discuss foot wear- Roger's the man! Various boots, funky trainers, etc! |

Do you do anything a man tells you to?! This is too much. I no longer extend my offer that is (or to be accurate "was") elsewhere on the board. You blew it. |

There is a quick blurb and a shot of them on the Champions of the World video. That's about all I can offer. |

You blew it.No I don't do anything a man or woman or anybody tells me to do.. Which is why I normally create my OWN topics, which is more than you do. And in this ONE instance only, I created this ONE topic after it was kiddingly suggested to me, as I was having a little fun. All of my other Topics I create on my own Thank You very much. I was having a little fun, something you fail to do as you are always going off on a soapbox tirade and make yourself out to be Ms. Perfect, when it seems you can't think for yourself and have nothing better to do than follow me around on this forum like the little puppy dog follower (rather than the leader) that you should be. Why don't you create your own topics, instead of playing follower all of the time... If you are so smart, start creating your OWN Topics dear! |

Because most of us have more important things to do than come up with weird topics about Freddie's "obsessions" with things that he wasn't really obsessed about at all. You know, making a mountain out of a molehill. Plus, Victoria - and most of us here, for that matter - is more concerned with quality over quantity I'm sure, a policy that you clearly don't subscribe to. For the record, it was me that suggested you do a topic on Brian's clogs, but apparently my sarcasm was mistaken for seriousness. |

ALOT more people than me create silly and some times bizarre off the wall topics just for fun such as: naming or putting a caption to an off the wall photo, being visited by Freddie's ghost, Brian's Hair, etc. So get a life, your own that is and stop being a spoiled sport. |

Or get a life. Oh! I forgot you don't have a life which is why you do nothing but rag, rag, rag..... |

I suppose it's because you have posted all your questions in such quick, rapid-fire succession that it gets a little cumbersome. Re-reading what I wrote previously, I may have come off a bit harsh, which wasn't (entirely) my intention. However, you seem like a smart person, and it doesn't help your credibility to ask questions on the level of the ones you gave an example for. |

There's an interview with Brian where he's wearing black clogs, white socks, black trousers, white top, and black hair. What goes black, white, black, white, black? |

arlene wrote:No, I think they are different things. Clogs were/are traditionally worn by the dutch. They are sometimes made of wood too. Platforms can be any type of shoe practically, the sole of the shoe is just on a "platform" usually over 2 inches, hence the name. I've worn platforms before, but I've never tried clogs. Leave that to Brian!Monte: Liqourice Years wrote:Somebody help me out here. I am from the USA, so we sometimes use different terminology than the Brits obviously.
