Though I'm quite dissappointed by some Queenzoners, speaking so low about the Queen gig in Fancourt, I've uploaded the video from the performance of Queen. My first impression wasn't good either, I admit. Paul not getting the lyrics right a few times and the girl who sang TMLWKY is just not experienced enough in my view, but I think it's a great thing that Brian gave this young singer this chance. But Brian and Roger were just great. And Paul's overall performance was fine too - he sure enjoyed it. And as mentioned in other posts, he looked nervous. And the girl, well for her personally it must be great to have performed with Queen and she did as best as she could. It's said that Queen took the stage for about one hour. No wonder Paul and especially Roger were tired! After having seen this video a couple of times I must say they did well after all and it's typically Brian (or Queen) to keep the promise to come to Fancourt, breaking out of their rehearsal, to add their bit to the cause of 46664. This download (should be valid for three days) is meant for people with fast internet as the file is over 190MB. My video-editing programm just couldn't handle the original file (350MB) so this is the best I can offer. Being not the whole Queen gig, being available for download during the broadcast if you just had the software to do it, being offered for 90 days after broadcast through e.g. Tiscali, and being of less quality (the recording) I see no problem by offering this on the internet. If someone succeeds in converting this into a smaller file - be my guest. "My" Queen tour starts at Brixton, with 5 other shows to follow. I'm still looking forward to this! Due to the demand of their fans and perhaps mostly because THEY feel they can still do it, Brian, Roger (and Paul) are giving us perhaps their last tour. It will be magic! :-) Here's the link: link or as torrent file: link |

Thanks Rien! I'm downloading it at the moment at 450 kB/sec, so quite fast :) |
YourValentine 20.03.2005 07:39 |
Thanks Rien, I'll try my luck hoping to download it before my connection is routinely closed. I haven't seen/heard anything yet and I am very curious |
Arnaldo "Ogre-" Silveira 20.03.2005 07:48 |
Thanks, Rien, downloading it right now. :) Don't be upset with people, I guess many mixed feelings arose from the fact that a webcast was promised and such a small and predictable set was made available. People waited very long and expected more musics, so I'd say they mixed this frustration with their assessment of the performance. Cheers, Ogre- |
Rien 20.03.2005 07:49 |
Damn, maximum download exceeded already! Sorry folks. Uploading to yousendit just took ages so I did not chose that way. suggestions anybody? |
tomnever 20.03.2005 07:57 |
Hi Rien ! "This file has reached its maximum allowable downloads." it says..... :-( |
tcheb 20.03.2005 08:33 |
Hi guys! Is there any place I can still see the video that was broadcasted yesterday? Also, my suggestion for your video file is bittorrent. Tcheb |
Rien 20.03.2005 08:53 |
I'm working on that torrentfile. but as one older torrent of mine is dead and cannot be seeded by me, I cannot upload a new one. I've informed easytree and it will be solved soon. |
Rien 20.03.2005 08:57 |
btw some can now download this file after all. Perhaps the maximum download counts per hour or so. |
TheProphet 20.03.2005 09:00 |
Thanks for the video, even if its still only 4 songs. But thank you any way! |
tomnever 20.03.2005 09:00 |
yes it's ok for me now, downloading... but as it stops already once, I can not guarantee it will be fine |
tomnever 20.03.2005 09:02 |
I forgot : thanks a lot Rien, as usual (and I totally agree with what you said about yesterday's concert) |
YourValentine 20.03.2005 09:51 |
I downloaded and share the file in the hub now, so does AC. Thanks again, Rien:) |
RogerTaylorNet 20.03.2005 10:03 |
Thank you so much, Rien, for letting us have this. I was online with broadband last night and was still not able to see it. So this is much appreciated. I have downloaded it now and I must say I do share your comments on this whole event. They surely enjoyed it and I am proud they kept their word and took part in this event! |
miffomojen 20.03.2005 10:11 |
Thanks for sharing! Although, I can't help thinking about one thing... If Roger and Paul were exhausted after one hour, how on earth will they be able to put on a good 2,5 hour show? |
Rien 20.03.2005 10:32 |
different temperature than in Fancourt? Non-smoking audience? :-) |
ActionThisDay 20.03.2005 12:45 |

Is this going to be available anywhere else...I'm one of those unfortunate folks who didn't get to the website fast enough. If anyone knows, can you e-mail me at FHg@queenzone.com? Thanks. |

Rien 20.03.2005 15:52 |
I am currently sending it also to yousendit, but as I am still seeding on the torrent it's not going fast. Keep trying the first link, when that one's free it goes real fast. |
inu-liger 20.03.2005 16:36 |
Rien, can you PLEASE upload the torrent to YouSendIt, please?? |
Mr Mercury 20.03.2005 17:20 |

Thanks man!!!! I was planning on watching the webcast because I, a very dim girl, thought that it was on Friday. So I took off work early and everything to watch, only to realize that it was actually on Saturday when i couldn't watch!! lol Thanks again |
Rien 20.03.2005 23:50 |

Don't hold your breath with easytree. I've been trying to get on to easytree for about 3 months. It always says that. |
Richard Lopata (new email) 21.03.2005 04:28 |
Dank je Rien! |
Richard Orchard 21.03.2005 04:30 |
Rien: If you are willing i can send you the login to the queenzone.com tracker... that way people who don't have an account on easytree can access it. Send me an email and i will sort it out. |

I would really like to see it Rien, but yousendit says it can't complete the transfer... does that mean that it's gone already?? If so, could you please upload it again... I've missed the Queen part because I was somewhere else... I've just heard audio... but I would really like to see the guys... please help me out! Thanks!! |
Raúl 21.03.2005 11:02 |
Please, I haven´t video yet!!! What about uploading in e-mule, lphant, or p2p programs like these?? Thanks Rien. |
Rien 21.03.2005 11:25 |
I've made it available in Emule too. filename Queen46664_2005.mpg my username there is MagicMercury btw through bittorrent it has been downloaded 125 times now so quite a lot of people have this, besides downloading through the other links. Thanks Richard, Barbara, Thomas Z and perhaps others for sharing this in more ways. Oh, and I've recorded almost all of the concert that was broadcasted. Had to renew the downloadfile a couple of times because the recorded file could not be bigger than 1GB. Now I miss some of Mandela's speech and some of the first song from Annie Lennox. I have no plans of making this complete show available though. |
Lickerman 21.03.2005 11:36 |
Where i can download it now? Torrent doesnt work in my comp.:-( and the new link isnt working!!!.... |

|)3NN!5™BTW ware it those 4 songs or the compelte Queen performance?4 songs only. |
Rien 22.03.2005 11:29 |
edit: strange, this post should be under the one from Dennis. You will understand that I am not going to put a file of 190MB on my site to be downloaded. Look at the number of downloads on both Bittorrents in just 3 days. I'm also seeding it through Emule and a number of people have already found it there too. I think that's all I can offer, don't you think? |
Lickerman 22.03.2005 14:08 |
link NOW!! 46664 Video on internet!!!!! Great!! |
Hitman 22.03.2005 15:28 |
4 songs Thank you Rien, i have downloaded it from Emule ;) and you were the source IMO Brian and Roger were great, Paul isn't at the top, maybe a bit nervous....he forgot lyrics in some "easy" moments.VOice in very good conditions anyway. The fact that the girl could not sing perfectly is maybe because the tune G was too low for her....anyway it was great to listen the "original" solo of too much love will kill you. one question: where is Danny MIranda? :D no bass player on stage (visible) but i'm sure there's someone playing it. |
JohnC 22.03.2005 22:33 |
Not downloading it. |
Morticiaskeeper 23.03.2005 02:19 |
Danny was there, hiding away by the drums, looking like a pirate :-) |
proton 23.03.2005 04:13 |
Thanks Rien! Got the video from Emule last night, haven't watched it completely yet, only had a few mins before going to work this morning. I'm sure the guys will smoothen their performance more and that Paul will remember his lines better in the coming week(s) :-) |
