someone on the Dutch Queenforum said that a part of the setlist has been leaked:
- Stone Cold Crazy
- Sleeping On The Sidewalk - vocals: Brian
- I'm In Love With My Car - vocals: Roger
- Little Wing - vocals: Brian
- Is This The World We Created (rock version) - vocals: Brian en Roger
I dunno the reliability of this 'news' though..

Interesting if there's any truth in it. Always suspected that a Hendrix number might be played. Rock version of ISTWWC....surprise or what?
Any thoughts guys!!

Sadly, I think it's somewhat far-fetched, and there's no clear source. So let's not get our hopes up, but let's note lose all hope either!

It's amazing how quickly some journalists/fans put two and two together and assume that these songs might be included in the set list! Maybe some Dutch journalists or fans have very vivid imaginations. Bri & Rog could have been playing or teasing the press as they knew they would be there....drunk pressman whatever..manipulating the press/media... into thinking that these songs would be part of the tour. Who really knows!!. One thing I know about journalists in particular is that they depend on a story for a living...how far fetched or factual it may be. Apparantly, journalists drink a lot anyway. I'll only believe any so called song list when I actually see it or hear it for myself.
It's great though that fans can speculate on what they'll play. It's exciting, and creates a buzz for gossip!

What's with Little Wing? Is this some sort of honoring Hendrix?
this can't be true.. seriously!
They haven't even started with the rehearsels .. so I guess only the band and the manager knows the setlist.. and would they be so stupid to tell it to someone?? ..c'mon..
No matter if it leaked or if just somebody guessed - it's very likely they will play these songs, simply because they played them together in the past months and years! So these don't need almost any rehearsing :-)

Even though rehearsals haven't officially begun yet, and even if these songs are included, Brian & Roger are familiar with these anyway so Paul's participation will be limited if at all with the exception of Stone Cold Crazy. So, in a way you're right...these songs are "in the can" so to speak. They'll be concentrating more IMO on how Paul can adapt to Queen numbers and how Bri & Rog will adapt to Paul's numbers. Allright Now is another song which probably needs less rehearsal along with WWRY and WATC.
I've seen them perform at the WWRY Cologne afterparty and it was just great to hear them sing those oldies again. It brought back sweet memories to me.

These afterparty gigs seemed to have been great! Both LA and Moscow. I wonder if anybody would have those recordings and share them before I need to beg... :D

you can consider this a "leak" too, if you like - it's about as well-informed and will have a better success rate.
At best they'll currently have a list of 40 "possibles" that will be TRIED in rehearsal.
Radio Ga Ga will be a must too :-) Also Hammer To Fall slow/fast, I Want It All, probably Headlong, certainly Show Must Go On. Maybe Innuendo.
I'm pretty sure there won't be more than 5 "surprises". 80% of the setlist can be guessed.

i think you are right.. it will be a greatest hits show with some oldies and some surprises... would love to hear more old album tracks but i think that will not happen

Hendrix was a major influence on Queen since they began. Freddie worshipped him and Brian & Roger have recorded versions of his songs on their solo albums. So I guess playing a Hendrix number is fitting. Paul has also released a live Hendrix set so a Hendrix song is a definite possibility on this tour.
Wasn't he singing a lot of Henrix's songs recently in US? I think so... And Bri and Rog are great Jimi fans- I'm almost sure they will play SOMETHING...
A Rolling Stone article mentioned
an almost certain appearance of FBG.
An interview with PR pretty much
put the kibosh on IGSM -
a dissapointment for me.

I've always had a sneeky feeling about FBG being on the set list.....Brian rocker and suits Paul.
Am NOT disappointed about IGSM being excluded. Wouldn't work with Paul somehow and didn't really expect it to be played at all. One of those songs destined to be never played live without Freddie.
As for IGSM, I agree about the song
lacking A LOT without Freddie.
That was pretty much what Paul said
in the interview, too.
I was thinking more along the lines of
how "big" that vocal synth sound
could get in an arena.
Also, the lighting affects could get
pretty unusual.
It could have been interresting.
Hola!
Do you know if "Little Wing" was played by Brian and Paul sometime ago? I can't remember when...
Brian and Paul recorded a song called "I'm ready" back in 1993... maybe, they'll play this one...
