...once known here by the name of "EvanGP", I believe.
I'm sure most of you are aware of this laugh and a half of a trader, but here's a warning for the rest of you:
He is spreading fake recordings (Boston 74, and Glasgow 3-15-74 which is actually 11-8-74). He is incredibly rude beyond belief, and refuses to send mp3 samples. He completely twists stories around, and has tried to speak badly of me to other collectors. I think we all know who the problem is here, hence why he has been banned from here and the hub. No need to even wonder who is in the right and who isn't.
Everyone be careful!
Would it be possible to have a "sticky" of bad traders put up here - we don't really want new queenzoners to be fooled by the likes of EvanGP
.... or would that be unsuitable for this type of forum / i.e. some may view it as an opportunity to abuse decent traders?
Nah, I think there would be a general consensus as to who the bad traders are. I'm fully in favour of the sticky idea.
Also to be added should be Scott Fulkerson from the USA. He has ripped many of us collectors off with his sub-par quality videos. He went by many names and had many email addresses as protection.
That Jonathon Ring from Scotland was another nasty one, too.
Whenever someone refuses to speak in any detail about their items, and/or refuses to send samples, chances are they're full of shit. I didn't fall for Evan for a second. I played along through his dozens of emails, and no samples of his 74 shows came.
Get this... He was offering me things he claimed to other collectors that he got from me! That's a first.
I think we should go to as many collector forums as possible to warn others about such collectors.
Could someone post a major warning on QOL for our fellow QOLers to see and be aware of? I truly would not want anyone to fall victim to this guy.
It can be noted that Evan also refers to himself as "THE_TOWN_NIGGER" in hub and ftp environments.
Evan has now resorted to forwarding fake emails around, supposedly "from me", saying I was willingly spreading a fake Glasgow 74.
I don't even need to justify myself. Everyone, please use your best judgement if one of these pops into your inbox.
