IMO: the best one is inside of 'Innuendo' sleeve.
And one of the most worst ones is Freddie's photo inside 'The Game's one!
P.S. This is about insert pictures, not cover ones!
The entire band looks strange in the inset for The Game. Something about those pictures just makes their heads seem huge! Made In Heaven and Innuendo are great, though. Very classy.

I hate the insides of Hot Space, outside is quite nice though not nice enough. Queen II & Jazz are tops for me.
Well i would have to say for me the best insert photos are from Queen II, ADATR, Jazz, and The Miracle.
I never really cared for the Innuendo "streched blue" photo. I think it looks awful!! Freddie is all ill looking, and the others look chubby and old! I think it may have to do with the lighting or something..they really did'nt look that bad in real life at that time.
"Races" photos are awesome...i LOVE that shoot. Very gorgeous quaility. Queen II is my fave album so of course i love that era of photos too.
I agree that "The Game" inner sleeve pix are...well...odd! But hey, rememeber...they were all tanked up and zoned out in Munich while recording that album so of course they came out crappy! Roger tlooks totally wasted in this pic...i think he was up very late the night before partying hard. Brian looks very out of it too in this pic, and Fred...well, he looks ok to me. John looks the best of them all so the Game pix i can take!
The Miracle pic inside the sleeve i always thought was very handsome. Very classy and crisp. Love it!
For dislikes? Well that Innuendo pic would about top my list. Other then that, hard to say. The inner b/w pix from the "SHA" lyric sheet were'nt that flaturing either...Roger looked great though!!
well i like queen(thhere are so manny pics in thhere),adatr, jazz, the game(i like the colour of the photos),miracle and innuendo.
i don't likke strange frontier cover
The shots of the band in the studio inside the Jazz album are wonderful photos, perfectly capturing a moment.
I could certainly do without the pink background on the Works album lyrics! Small complaint, however.
The white shot inside Queen II is a masterpiece,as is the cover, obviously.
