How do you think which solo album by any Queen members could bring the most non-Queen audience to Queen music?
In my opinion that is 'Barcelona, 'cause a lot of people who weren't Queen fans began to listen to their music. And the solo project that could bring less new audience is 'The Cross' - I have never met the guys who'd be The Cross fan and don't like or don't listen before Queen (well I have never meet with fans of just Brian or just Roger, but The Cross has been done as not a Roger's solo album but as totally new band).
On the other side I've got a friend who very much likes 'Mr Bad Guy' album, but can hardly recall more than 5 or 6 Queen songs.
P.S. Sorry for my bad English, don't be rude for it.
I suppose you're right, though maybe the "too much love will kill you"-version of Brian added some fans as well. In Holland it was the first no. 1 hit of Queen (or its solo-members) since 1984.
BTW: I didn't understand your remark about your English. Should we ridicule you or just laugh at you?
Yes, after Freddie's Tribute it could a lot non-Queen fans because of wordwide translation and just because song is great!
My remark is to the QueenZoners who had not so much of pleasure trying to understand what I meant.
