Here's some info on tracks that you can actually purchase either from Japan, or the Official Queen shop:
The following tracks were restored to some degree for the 2004 remaster of Greatest Karaoke Hits:
Somebody To Love (4:57) (restored ending but fades to barely audible during final piano notes)
Tie Your Mother Down (3:42) (restored intro)
Another One Bites The Dust (3:33) (reverb ending restored)
Keep Yourself Alive (3:34) (restored intro, still fades early)
Under Pressure (4:01) (restored ending, originally just had one snap at the end)
It's A Hard Life (4:09) (restored ending, originally just had one piano note at the end)
Friends Will Be Friends (4:11) (new version, no longer has video ending with crowd)
And it should be noted that the karaoke of One Vision runs 5 seconds long (4:07) due to originally being pitched slower for the video, and this has not been corrected on the new version.

Toshiba/EMI TOCP67422 (Copy controlled 2 CD set)
I had no trouble ripping all of the tracks from my copy.
Yes, that was the one bonus track for the CD set, and it's the full version (4:49)
In addition to that, the DVD version adds that plus 3 additional bonus tracks:
- These Are The Days Of Our Lives (fades quick to 4:03)
- A Winter's Tale (with piano-enhanced count-in clicks, 3:51)
- Heaven For Everyone (single/video version, 4:41)
Also, none of the mentioned 'restored' tracks are that way on the DVD. They're the same as the 1998 version CD/1996 laserdisc.
And it's also worth mentioning that some of the other tracks which start with count-in clicks feature piano notes now on both the DVD and CD set:
Don't Stop Me Now
Save Me
It's A Hard Life
I downloaded those tracks you posted for comparison, so I guess you can delete them from the webspace. I can't remember what I'm supposed to look for. Can you remind me, please?
Peace,
Adam.
I'm glad you got them in time :)
I was simply wondering which you thought sounded better. And Pete pointed out that the channels are reversed on the first one, so swap them back for a completely fair analysis :)
*bump*
For heaven's sake Adam. I've been waiting an eternity to find out which you think sounds better :) Help me close this chapter of my life, please.
Sorry dude, had a lot on lately.
Well, I like the first most. The second, while louder, seems a little...I dunno. Something. But that's my initial reaction.
Peace,
Adam.
Alright then.. makes sense. You chose the right one. #1 is direct from CD whilst #2 is my analog recording from DVD :)
Damn! Still not bad though considering the method eh?
