Hi
I heard about some kind of gig for the SAS band on april 3rd, in aid of the Mercury Phoenix Trust. I was wondering if any of the members of queen will be there. I'm a really big fan of queen, and I never got see any of them before Freddie Died or anything, it was before my time really!
If they're not going to be there, would it be a good idea to go anyway, being a Queen Fan, or is it a different kind of thing?
Also, does anyone know when Roger Taylor and Brian May will next be playing at some kind of gig in England, and how I order tickets and fidn out about it? Thanks for your help!
I really don't know if Brian will turn up, especially after his recent health issues. Your best bet is to buy a ticket, anyway. Even if Bri and Rog don't show, you'll get a good concert for sure.
If you have a chance to see the SAS Band you should go for it. A SAS Band gig is always fun. The artists may not be the biggest stars but they are all experienced and excellent musicians and they don't take the whole SAS Band too seriously. You'll definitely have a good time even if Brian/Roger should not play.
The SAS band are brilliant fun, theres always a few queen numbers chucked in, Chris Thompson is amazing.

Yeah, I think I might well be going then! I haven't been to a good concert in ages! Apart from school Rock Evenings and the Hot Chocolate concert in Wellingborough ages ago! lol! So, i'm quite looking forward to it now! lol! I'll order the tickets soon then, cos it's not long till 3rd April is it?
