Hey everyone,
Would somebody happen to have a better quality copy of this particular interview with Brian and Roger, promoting the Hammer To Fall promo video.
There are some very slight editing differences between this and the normal copy, like shots lasting a second longer than the normal one :)
Ah Tommy Boyd. I thought he was cool. He's totally on the ball here. Funny seeing them reacting to the video. See even 10 years after, they can't remember the year of their first hit.
Love this clip. Even has BM's floating Starfleet head which is my fav BM head.

Two thoughts:
1) They aren't going to school someone on their own show, while they're in the midst of receiving free press. They are far too polite, and in full PR mode where they are busy promoting a current product, not being historians (especially if they don't remember the date themselves). It's good tact to let it slide and focus on the subject at hand.
2) Artists tend not to study their own histories. Plenty of them can't name dates.
A couple years back there was an interview with Jason Newsted, and he's asked about his favourite tracks on Load and Reload. He responds by saying he can't remember which songs are on which album, and explains how he put so much of himself into the projects, and that when he's done doing it, he disconnects. This is true for a lot of artists.
However, I don't think any of that really applies in this particular interview. The host is a bit of a twit, and they clearly just want to give short answers and leave as soon as possible.
I may have a better quality copy of this on VHS.
I have a load of Queen and related stuff on VHS/SVHS tapes, dvd conversions etc, some 1st gen direct recordings (UK and foreign) in my loft.
I'll have a rummage and see what i can dig up. A lot of it is standard stuff so not sure what to share that isnt already out there.
This video is moving. I truly like the manner in which they speak to the MS progress and it's a decent method of seeing the improvement. And i can visit brooklyn resume for best writing services. I value the video. Extremely huge creation by the individual who posted this video. so continue posting these sorts of amazing recordings and I trust after that your site and sites were on top. Much obliged for sharing this instructive and noteworthy article.
