This coming Friday, at 8pm, there is a special programme that will be broadcast on BBC Radio 2. Featuring singers from WWRY and a full orchestra, it is a two hour special featuring the music of Queen. I was told by a friend that the music is from ANATO and NOTW. However I cannot say that is true for certain.
Just been listening. It's, for the most part, what I expect from these types of shows. It's a nice general tribute that can be a lot of fun and provide a nice appreciation for the band in question. However, there's always something letting the side down. For me, it's the guitarists involved in tonight's show.
In this day and age, if you're a guitarist who's involved in a 2 hour tribute show event, you should be able to get a ballpark guitar sound of the band. I could forgive that, though, if they were really good guitarists. Sadly, to back their terrible sound, was some terrible improv soloing. It sounded so mindless and random. Again, it's a tribute so give it some melody! Meh!

I was listening through my radio app.
It was not so bad.
I liked how they performed some songs and some songs didn't,for example Innuendo and One Vision.
