... such as In Nuce, Pre Ordained and Rock You From Rio, all of which I own, as I imagine do many of you, and all of which you're able to find on Amazon amoung other places.
You'll have to forgive my ignorance on this one, but how comes QP hasn't gone for legal action? Aren't they essentially bootlegs?
not sure that QPL has much (if any) control over the publishing rights of Nuce/Pre-ordained
most of Nuce came from "Gettin Smile" as Japanese only release from about 1980(ish)
if there is a contract with the copyright owner then it ain't a bootleg.
If there is no contract ...it's a bootleg and most likely illegal.
because of the fact that for example Italy didn't signed international contracts it was a nice place for bootlegers...I think meanwhile they did.
If you put bootlegs for sale on ebay or anywhere else you can find yourself in legal trouble.
Technically those are pirate releases and not bootlegs. Maybe QPL doesn't give a damn? Or they don't have the needed human resources to regularly check all online stores and all classic stores all over the planet.

yes, the greatest fakes are these:
1 - Lost BBC sessions (In the mirror) Japanese Cd link
2 - MORE LOST BBC SESSIONS(IN THE MIRROR AGAIN) JAPANESE CD link
3 - Tales from the other side Limited Edition link
