Hey folks! Haven't you noticed that Freddie, full of joy, used to scream "Go Johnny go go!!" in the improv section of Now I'm here live? And as he screamed that, the boys used to extend the section for several minutes, to allow Freddie enjoy a little bit more with the croud. He didn't do that everytime, but he did when the athmosphere seemed to be crazy. Thoughts?

So your theory is that it was used a code to extend the improv section?
He always yelled it at Brian, because the line is from "Johnny B Goode", a song about a guitarist... You go figure out the rest.
.............and in chuck berry's "little Queenie" , he sings: "Go go go little Queenie" several times.(now I'm here fadeout line)
AND, to bore you further, during the fade out of T Rexs' "Get it on", ....Marc sings : "well meanwhile, I'm still thinking" - also from "Little Queenie "
There now.
Marty McFly visited Queen several times backstage and Freddie used to scream that line in honor to him since the band knew Johnny Be Good is Marty's favorite but they couldn't perform it since they didn't have the rights to sing it live.
