Okay so I've taken the MBTI before and don't remember what I got but we were all recently encouraged to apply for a new position that came open in my company and would be a promotion but they also said as part of the application process for it we would have to take it...
Is it just me or is that kind of absurd? They know all of us we've been here with the company for over 3 years so why would we have to do this? I kind of think just saying that was a test to see who would be willing to do it...but i don't know, what if they're serious? Has anyone else had to do something like this for a promotion?
Or just a person asking a question... @Jefffab1995

I actually do know someone who was asked to take this personality test for work. It was part of the application process. He refused and he didn't get the job. I don't know if the two were directly linked but there you have it. Hey, maybe the decision on whether to take the test is part of the test...
