screen capture of the Boston Globe Tweet
at 12.53 pm on the day of the "bomb" announcing that the Boston authorities plan a controlled explosion during the marathon directly across from the Boston library, that being the exact place the first bomb exploded.
the first "bomb exploded at 2.50 pm in exactly the same place as the tweet said it would across from the Boston Library - the bomb exploded right opposite the library at 2.50pm just as the authorities said it would.
the Boston globe is the main newspaper fro the city of Boston, Boston authorities contacted the boston globe with that information and the Boston globe which is in Boston and is not on the west coast of america tweeted the announcement they had been given by the local authorities.
it can be argued in a court of law that is beyond all reason to suggest the the Boston authorities would contact some journalist in California say , and that journalist not in Boston but in the west coast of america sent a tweet using pacific time back to Boston.
it is more reasonable and is beyond reasonable doubt to argue that the Boston authorities tweeted or telephoned the Boston globe with the information in Boston, as they both are in Boston and both the Boston globe and Boston authorities do not have any businesses or offices in the west coast of america.

Jeez. Twitter displays local time for viewers of tweets. That 12:53 time stamp would still appear for anybody viewing from the west coast. Similarly it would display 1:53 from Mountain, 2:53 from Central and 3:53 from Eastern where Boston is located. You can try it yourself by changing the time zone on your computer.

That's interesting! I didn't know that.
Then again, I don't have a Twitter and barely go on it, so that probably explains it.
I think "Queen fan" needs to check into some kind of mental health facility as soon as possible. Honestly, QZ has had its fair share of lunatics over the years, but this one is making a good effort to top the list.
