Dear. Mr. Brooks,
Can you PLEASE share some of the crazy tour bootlegs that you supposedly have? I have heard you have access to the recordings of the Manchester gigs and first brighton gig. Please, and this is coming from a HUGE queen fan, share at least one of these recordings with us. If not a crazy tour recording, maybe some soundboards recordings you also supposedly have access to. This is coming from me along with many other big Queen fans.
Thanks
I second that! Greg Brooks should release those Crazy Little Things called bootlegs for the Queen fans--they'll eat them up like a fat guy eating junk food!
I don't really care how many they release...i'll be happy with just 1 other recording from the crazy tour (particularly one of the manchester gigs)...PLEASE
firstly they will never release any concerts for free secondly if they did some goddamned labels like snow producciones would get the material and sell it
We are not asking them to release any concerts...for god's sakes we are just asking for another audience recording bootleg from the crazy tour...just to post it as a torrent in QZ
Jamster, these things are NOT mine to do with what I like, or what you or anyone else likes.
It staggeres me that people really truly think that I can just have released whatever I think is a good idea.

Well some people would be happy if you could write us if these recordings are in your personal possession (aud recordings) or in the official archives (sbd recording), if you are of course allowed to put away this kind of information
To add a suggestion as well, not to piss people off really, but Greg if you are faced with these kind of questions that you can't answer at all due to binding Non-Disclosure Agreements between you and QPL, could you say so if that's the case?
ie. "I cannot answer this question due to Non-Disclosure Agreements, and therefore is not up for discussion"
That would still be an answer one way or another if you think about it. Less people harassing you, the better, no? :-)

Well, you could give the people who took the time to read your Queen live book a tip about what exists from FM's very best tour. You transcribed stage banter from several shows where Freddie was probably on the top of his game.
I do not think you do anything wrong by giving a hint about the source of those recordings. Aud or soundboard, listenable or crap? Releasable? Is there more footage than Hammy alone and will Hammy ever be released.
Why is there never any communication about that?
Come on, give us a hint.

The way I read Jamster's post, he was asking about your own personal (i.e, not owned by QPL, Brian, Roger, Freddie's estate or John) bootlegs of Crazy tour shows that would be willing to share.
Yes, I support what inu linger, on my way up, and pittrek said. I did not do this to harass you, and I understand that if you don't have these recordings, than there is nothing you can do. What I was asking was if YOU have these recordings in YOUR possesion, can you ever so kind to share some of them with us???
The question isn't "Does GB have these concerts?" We know he does.
The question is "Is GB willing to give INFO about these concerts?"
They are BOOTLEGS for crying out loud: No official material is shared at all--there's simply no good reason NOT to share the bootleg, or simply TELL us about the concert.
So, is Mr. Brooks willing to tell us info about the concert? Yes or no? It's not that freaking HARD.
Well don't put pressure on him because don't know if he has it. According to queenlive.ca, he has a hold of the manchester gigs, and the first brighton gig. If this is true, and if he does have them, I can't find any good reason to keep them from us fans at QZ. Please GB if you have them, please share them with us. Or at least one of them.

Not putting pressure on him--just asking him to give us info.
If wanted to put pressure on him, I would bombard him with Hammersmith 1975 questions!
