i have watched a few times the tribute concert.and listened to the queen song .i go crazy.
and it seems there is a conection between the two.
tribute concert, bowie says ,the rolling stones(crowd jeer).
song......but did you have to run of with that rolling stone?.
were the stones and queen not the best mates.
or is it just a joke between bands.
Regret to inform that The Game between these two finished 3-3 at full time, but Queen lost on penalties.
The Stones scored all their penalties but Queen only scored three out of four. John Deacon scored with a neat and precise shot into the bottom corner. Roger taylor thumped his straight up the middle. Freddie, no stranger around balls, as we all know, took a long run up and then deftly chipped the ball over the diving keeper. Unfortunately, however, Brian May was still wearing his stereoscopic glasses and missed his kick completely. Wearing those clogs probably didn't help either.
Next week, Queen are playing away to Annie Lennox United.

Yes, Queen vs Annie Lennox United in basketball.
Brian will be absolutely the best

The reason why they lost is, Queen hired a completely incompetent goalie - I actually think he was quadriplegic, but Roger and Brian said he was Freddie's favourite goalkeeper and millions of fans believed it. The Stones, OTOH, had Peter Bonetti, who was more or less contemporary and often run into them at the I Smoked My Dad pub in Putney.
