Resume
Documentary directed in coproduction with Queen production about the band rock Queen.
English Interview with French subtitle.
Footage concert from milton keynes in UK where they perform "somebody to love","HAMMER to
FALL "," under pressure "," love of my life "," we will rock you ","
it's a hard life "," I want to break free " also
opéra comic of 35 minutes"bohemian rhapsody ". In a clip, Rickie
Lee JONES sings "the REAL end ".
The Milton Keynes show was released officially, so unless the songs are different edits to the TV broadcasts and the official release, the concert bits aren't rare.
The interviews I don't know. Perhaps you could post some samples?
Thanks for sharing the Paris vid! Great stuff!
Rare or not, new Queen related videos are always nice...!
It's a documentary, and as such it shouldn't matter if some of the material is officially available.
No one complains when Bo Rhap promo is part of a documentary posted here, so what's the difference.
This ain't Dime were they take "don't post anything official" too far and you'll end up with a song cut out of a concert because it appears on a live compilation somewhere.
"Les enfants du rock" is a french tv magazine about ... rock. i wasn't aware it was already on air back in 1984.
I would be really interested in this material.
c'est incroyable lounis, t'as du sacré matos. je suppose que ce sont des cassettes betamax ou s-vhs que tu as ? des trucs qui trainent dans la poussière depuis 25 ans ...
I just remember that I gave some VHS to Pittrek of old documentaries on French TV... Have you had the time to watch at them dear Peter ? Anything interesting or not ?

Take your time !! But seeing all those video bits reminded me of those VHS !! Once again, take your time, there are probably more interesting things at weekend than to watch at old French TV broadcasts !! ;o)

Totally agree.
The only reason I mentioned the word 'official' is to point out that it has been available on a commercial release so unless it's a different edit it's not rare...
"they will rock you" . Milton Keynes 82 + rare French interviews with the band, i think the one where FM sits in a blue toy train, Roger is wearing those "1984 brown" glasses and sitting in front of the drumkit, and Brian talking about various stuff in some backstage scene and shouting "fuck off" when he gets annoyed by the noise of workers.. But its from my memory, as the vhs is stored away...
