I'm talking about the original lineup. I didn't find any info on that, I wonder why? Did they not allow them to play or have they overlooked those places?
I see. I went to that site at first but didn't think it was accurate enough because of lack of info. Maybe there was a hidden tour or something? No Africa tour too?
No hidden tours in USSR, their music wasn't prohibited over here, but not welcomed neither. If there'd be The Miracle Tour - it could be allowed for Queen to play in USSR.

BTW, does anybody remember the name of the venue they played in?
It's a well known fact that Freddie didn't like Russian people much. In fact, if he didn't play there it's because he didn't like "those" type of people. He called the shots and the rest of the band had to do what he said. Other people Freddie didn't like included Eskimos, Australians, Puerto Ricans, Scientoligists, Polynesians, North Africans, Taliban, Phoenicians, and most folks in the midwestern United States.

No shows in the Soviet Union.
Yes! But I happen to know a man who was conducting negotiations about Queen coming to the USSR in 1990 but then it was too late for them to come. I imagine what it would have been like if Queen had come to the USSR in the 70s-80s!!!

How can you Queen fans forget the small secret USSR tour in 1983?
A lot of you don't seem to remember that miraculous Queen year, with Urk being most notable.
Really, spice up your Queen knowledge! It's disgusting!

But wasn't the show in Budapest the only one they played in eastern Europe?.
