it's working.... can someone please record this? |
pavlov 19.11.2008 18:38 |
i will record this from a FM Radio connected to the LINE IN of a Creative Soundblaster X-FI, using Audiograbber, the format is WAV, so i will post it in that format, and in rapidshare, the Quality seems to be very great, so if someone wants to convert it to FLAC and upload to Torrent, it will be very great. Sorry, maybe my english is not so perfect... |
L-R-TIGER1994 19.11.2008 18:41 |

Thanks for the info, looking forward to hearing the recording. |
pavlov 19.11.2008 19:44 |
Everything normal at this time but Surfs Up was played fully (as the original edition), in the final Part Some bits of "Small Reprise" where played Also Brian presents Paul Rodgers in spanish "Quisiera presentar a un amigo...MR Paul Rodgers", and Paul says "Buenas Noches" |
Eric Taylor 19.11.2008 19:45 |
Hual ! Great ! Gracias ! hehe Please, share this here! hehe Tank You very very much ! |
pavlov 19.11.2008 20:20 |
YES, Las palabras del amor is being played now !! Por cualquier duda, hablo español |
pavlov 19.11.2008 20:30 |
after Say it's not true, they played Voodoo, then bad company (i think that they would not play Bad Company, but here is it) |
pavlov 19.11.2008 20:44 |

Eric Taylor 19.11.2008 21:22 |
Huaaaa! |
pavlov 19.11.2008 21:23 |
The most powerful moment in all the concert was Bohemian Rhapsody, it uses "Rock in Montreal" voice and images of Freddie, and it doesn't incluide the Riff in the part of "The wind blows" (that riff was very typical in the 2005 tour, now it was replaced with "the wind blows" interpreted by someone.. |
Eric Taylor 19.11.2008 21:31 |
estas gravando lo audio do show? |
pavlov 19.11.2008 21:34 |
We are the champions is being played, however, some strange noise comes when the Radio Station is recording the concert and they cut We are the champions, using Radio Ga Ga as Music curtain.... FUCK !!! probably We are the champions entirely CUT and god save the Queen missing |
pavlov 19.11.2008 21:36 |
Eric Taylor wrote: estas gravando lo audio do show? yes, im recording the audio with a FM Radio (Universo FM Radio station records the concert), the radio is conected to my computer |
Eric Taylor 19.11.2008 21:43 |
Hual!!!!!!!! Beauty ! The show is the end? |
pavlov 19.11.2008 21:54 |
Finally We are the champions CUT by the noise, Brian May was wearing a Chilean T-Shirt and a Chilean Flag, Roger throws the Sticks. God save the Queen (with the noise) recorded but unfortunatly CUT. so... Great concert !!!, great sound transmitted by the radio station Universo FM, however the final problem in we are the champions and god save the Queen (a hard noise, they cut the transmission of the concert and put Radio GA GA as temporal music curtain, then they return the concert audio, and a part of God save the Queen was listened, but it has the noise too). The recording is great too (1,47 GB in WAV !!!), very high quality audio, however it has some scratches... i don't know why, but it stills a great enjoyable show. broadcasters talks in every end of the song, so people talking in spanish about the next songs are possible to listen. Bits and pieces: Brian May has a good spanish... he said after Love of my life "UN AMIGO ME DIJO QUE TENIA QUE DECIR DONDE ESTA EL WEBEO CHILE... PERO PIENSO QUE ES UN HOMBRE MUY MALO, ASI QUE NO VOY A DECIRLO...VAMOS A CANTAR PARA NUESTRO AMIGO FREDDIE MERCURY" (Some friend tells me that i tell "Where's the WEBEO Chile??!!"... but i think he's a bad guy, so i won't tell it anymore... now we will sing for our friend, freddie" ), WEBEO is not a very good word in Chile anyway hehe (it's like a bad way to say FRIEND and CRAZY MOMENTS - WEON = Friend and WEBEO = CRAZY MOMENTS), anyway people gets funny in this moment. Recorded show: 1. Surf's up schools out Intro 2. Hammer to fall (Fast) 3. Tie your mother down 4. Fat bottomed girls 5. another one bites the dust 6. I want it all 7. I want to break free 8. C-Lebrity 9. Surfs up Schools out 10. Seagull 11. Brian Speaks / Love of my life 12. '39 13. Bass solo / Drum Solo 14. Im in love with my car 15. a kind of magic 16. Las palabras del amor 17. say its not true 18. Voodoo 19. Bad Company 20. We believe 21. Guitar Solo 22. Bijou 23. Last horizon 24. Radio Ga Ga 25. Crazy little thing called love 26. Show must go on 27. Bohemian Rhapsody / Encore Break 28. Cosmos Rockin / All right now 29. We will rock you 30. We are the champions (CUT) / Radio Ga Ga (Radio station musical curtain) / God save the Queen (CUT) |
Eric Taylor 19.11.2008 22:01 |
Great ! I hope for this moment all night long ! |
pavlov 19.11.2008 22:13 |
i've converted the WAV Files to FLAC, now all the concert sizes 1,07 GB (WAV was 1,47GB), so soon i will upload it, maybe to rapidshare or badongo (i cant upload to torrent, because my computer is often turned off) so the way that i recorded it is: Radio Philips FM -> LINE IN Soundblaster Audigy @ X-FI -> Audiograbb -> FLAC Frontend -> Final files |
pavlov 19.11.2008 22:51 |
well i split the files, now its 12 RAR Files, first 11 RARs are of 95,7MB and the last of 54,7MB, Tomorrow (or late, now in Chile its 12:50 AM) i will start uploading it (to rapidshare probably), when i finish it, if someone wants to upload it as Torrent, be free to do it (but show me in your credits :P) Good bye see you soon |

I was at the concert. IT WAS AMAZING. The setlist was excellent, the crowd (including myself) was excellent, very nice and respectful. I was really afraid about some people might criticize Paul, but mainly the people were really nice and accepted him. Also now I think Paul is the perfect frontman for Queen, people he has an excellent voice, really powerful. I'm really anxious to hear the broadcast... Also a cable channel (Via X) recorded the concert and soon they will broadcast it... Hopefully complete, because in the past they've broadcasted other concerts but not complete. I really enjoyed the concert and my throat is really sore after all what I screamed and sang... but it was for good. Now I accomplished one of my dreams... I'M HAPPY [/img] [/img] [/img] |

For anyone who has stated that Brian and Roger are slowing down with age... They are absolutely top notch. Roger is playing with such energy throughout, and Brian's chops are better than ever. And of course, Paul is in absolutely superb voice. They are well into their stride, sounding strong individually and very tight as an ensemble. The balance of hits and non-hits with new songs and soloing, the different arrangements of the songs where necessary, and the overall continuity of the show as a whole... this all should be a blueprint of how to stage a rock concert - never mind the fact that their main man isn't with them. Of all the different arrangements, the one most worthy of pointing out, I think, is We Believe. The record version works on the record, but the way they start the song here with the drums and guitar is definitely better for the concert environment. Thanks to Pavlov for recording and sharing this show. |

I used to hear and look their first Queen+PR concerts, and sometimes i felt they were little slow and not so good as before, but after the chilean concert, i was really impressed specially with taylor on drums paul and his voice and the terrific tone of unique brian's guitar. The overall sound was perfect!, so im really satisfied |
