Do you think Irish gigs will be added to the tour?
If memory serves they were added late last time and wrapped up the tour.
I'd love to see them at Dolan's in Limerick - supported by Britney Spears!
There will be NO Irish shows at this time.
With Croque being too big in their plans, the only option for QPR was to play The Point, like last time. But that venue is being redecorated at the time of the QPR tour.
Well, they focus on places that are easiest accessable to most people, also from abroad.
I understand that this tour only Dublin was an option... untill logistics made it impossible.

Jeroen, where did you get this information???
As you know, Queen played the RDS Simmonscourt in both 1979 and twice in 1984 - I was lucky enough to attend all three shows. The capacity of the RDS Simmonscourt is broadly similar to The (old) Point (approx. 7,500). Do you know why this option was not considered??
Incidentally, while Croke Park would be too big for their current plans with a capacity of 80,000, the new redeveloped Point with a capacity of 14,000 might suit for any future shows as it is due to reopen at the end of 2008.
No One's been lined up to play Slane this year as far as i know they could headline that and get some great support acts to help fill the place although i think they could fill it on there own, i know my side of the country(meath cavan dublin louth) are still queen crazy. Lets get Sir Henry on board he'll convince them... Although after what happened last time they played Slane maybe not!!!!

There will be no Irish gigs this time. As dates have been mixed up I wouldn't be surprised if they have a gig in the moon!!
