All I really want are the boxsets or in case that won't happen - collector's editions of all albums, in the same way like they did with Genesis - but with the addition of demo's. I don't really care about live-recordings. Sure, it would be nice to have a full Sheer Heart Attack or Night At The Opera tour show in the same quality like Milton Keynes '82. But that's not going to happen. I.E: QUEEN - 1973-1976 ----------------- DISC 1/2: Queen (CD/DVD-A 5.1 remix + video's/interviews) DISC 3/4: Queen II (CD/DVD-A 5.1 remix + video's/interviews) DISC 5/6: Sheer Heart Attack (CD/DVD-A 5.1 remix + video's/interviews) DISC 7/8: A Night At The Opera (CD/DVD-A 5.1 remix + video's/interviews) DISC 9/10: A Day At The Races (CD/DVD-A 5.1 remix + video's/interviews) DISC 11/12: (At least) Two FULL discs of outtakes/demo's/etc. from this period. DISC 13, DVD: Live At Hammersmith Odeon '75 + best-of the rest (Hyde Park, Tokyo 75, Rainbow '74 etc) QUEEN - 1977-1982 ----------------- DISC 1/2: News of the World (CD/DVD-A 5.1 remix + video's/interviews) DISC 3/4: Jazz (CD/DVD-A 5.1 remix + video's/interviews) DISC 5/6: The Game (CD/DVD-A 5.1 remix + video's/interviews) DISC 7/8: Flash Gordon (CD/DVD-A 5.1 remix + video's/interviews) DISC 9/10: Hot Space (CD/DVD-A 5.1 remix + video's/interviews) DISC 11/12: Two FULL discs of outtakes from this period. DISC 13, DVD: Live At Hammersmith Odeon '79 + best of the rest (Argentina '81, Houston '77 etc.) QUEEN - 1982-1995 ----------------- DISC 1/2: The Works (CD/DVD-A 5.1 remix + video's/interviews) DISC 3/4: A Kind Of Magic (CD/DVD-A 5.1 remix + video's/interviews) DISC 5/6: The Miracle (CD/DVD-A 5.1 remix + video's/interviews) DISC 7/8: Innuendo (CD/DVD-A 5.1 remix + video's/interviews) DISC 9/10: Made In Heaven (CD/DVD-A 5.1 remix + video's/interviews) DISC 11/12: Two FULL discs of outtakes from this period. DISC 13, DVD: Best of compilation: Rio '85, Budapest '86, Japan '85, Urk '83 etc. I'd be very happy with that (3 huge FM-like boxsets would be better, but that won't happen until the curly one dies...) All discs including NEW interviews with Brian/Roger/producers/related persons about the period. Every disc has the b-sides/remixes from that album added on as bonustracks. All discs including FULL original artwork, lyrics, credits, memorablia, rare pictures etc. Other stuff I'd like to see: - Collector's edition of Fun In Space, with full artwork included, bonustracks (I'm sure there are lots of demo's of Roger and David playing around) etc. - Brian May Band, Royal Albert Hall 1998 DVD - Official set of all BBC sessions - A GOOD, FULL LENGTH documentary (10+ hours) in the same way as the Beatles' Anthology. From 1946 to 2008. DVD 1: 1946-1970 DVD 2: 1971-1979 DVD 3: 1980-1989 DVD 4: 1990-2008 Also focus on the various solo careers. Include new and old interview-footage. INTERESTING interviews with other artists, NOT the 'funny' stuff from Magic Years. Ofcourse, I'd love for demo's etc. to be released - but that's not going to happen I'm afraid... |
Pim Derks 25.02.2008 16:05 |

1. A version of "The Alps" DVD without the narration over the Queen tracks/Brian's Guitaring. 2. Soundtrack cd of the above mentioned "Alps" 3. A Queen + Paul Rodgers album not called "The Cosmos Rocks" 4. The Queen "Greg Brookes pull your finger out" Anthology. 5. A video to Queen + Robbie Williams "We Are The Champions" by DoRo, done in the same way as "Under Pressure - Rah mix & I was born to love you"(not the clip show crap, that they do). I would love to see Brian & roger in the video. Footage does exist of them singing together in the studio. (by the way, Robbie williams's video to the song, Sucks!!!!) |

1. Live DVDs or even just albums for Sheer Heart Attack, ANATO, ADATR, NOTW and The Works. 2. Unreleased Material album in the style that Sex Pistols had 3. Maybe a massive Queen Through The Years documentary. And I mean huge, like a 5-disk box set or something. 4. "The Making of The Game" 5. Queen & Paul Rodgers album |
