Yes, it sounds like their voices have some kind of effect over it, except Paul, but I don't really like it.
And I don't think they would use the effect to make it sound better.
The effect you hear is called Phasing and it's not used to fix vocals with. The effect that does that is called Auto-Tune. And it sounds totally different.
I forgot to mention that the entire song was convered in cheese. Not a fan of that song. They need to quit the politics and get to rockin'. I don't mean any disrespect to the message and or the meaning because it's very well respected. But Bono and Bob Geldof have that market cornered. Sorry for going off on the tangent.

bingo! I completely agree with you. STOP the whining about this and that and start ROCKIN'!
I'd say the used a kind of chorus effect, plus some melodyine editing, perhaps.
IMHO it would have been much better to have their voices in a pure sound, adding perhaps a slight delay+reverb.

except for the part that's asshole, you're all heart.
It's a phase on the vocals. MP3's really can't do a song justice. Everything is so compressed that it tends to loose some quality to it. I'm pretty sure they're recording on all digital equipment and digital can sound a bit cold. There's no warmth like there is with 2" tape.
SO what is this phasing all about? What does it?
And what songs are you talking about??? You haven't mentioned the source that you're commenting on:>
Besides, tomorrow is my BIRTHDAY!!!! So wish me happy b-day
It's on the new single, it's an effect that adds a 'warbaly' sound to an instrument, vocal or the entire track. Queen are known for doing this. It was done on "Leaving Home Ain't Easy", "Teo Torriatte", "Invisable Man" and several other songs throughout their career. This should not be confused with Brian's fOXX phaser pedal or his chorus pedals.
Happy Birthday, Barbie!
Thank you guys!!
I've only heard "Invisible man", hmmm now i'm listening too... Yeah i hear some kind of "warbling".
My favourite place in this song is "ha, ha, ha, hello, ha, ha, ha, hello..". I find it interesting, ehh donnow how to explain, th melody is quite complicated, at least i find it such.
Thank you for greetings!!! Eh, i'm not a teenager anymoreXD
