While we're at it, let's take a moment to reflect on John Lennon, Linda McCartney, Brian Epstein, Heather Mill's left leg, Wifred Bramble, Ghandi and Jesus.
fatty.

Well, I did say "relatively" recent... It's not like "recent" recent. :P

Can we change this to an Evil Knievel thread?
Thankfully, Knievel amicably settled a lawsuit with rap star Kanye West over West's use of a persona called "Evel Kanyevel" in his video for "Touch the Sky."
Then he simply lost the will to live. Rest in Peace in one piece.

Weird...I actually remember when he died, even though I was only 11 at the time.
Every single radio station was playing songs that he wrote, including "Something," I think. All at the same time!

I remember it, too. I pieced it together just last year, actually... I was in the car with a chicken for Thanksgiving next to me, and Beatles songs were playing nonstop on the radio. It's especially sad because I also remember that a couple of months before, I think, I'd bought I little picture- book of the Beatles at Superstand. And it's scary hiw I didn't care at all at the time, and now I'm very sad. :(

I mourned him, playing his songs all day for a week. I did the same with Freddie, and I was 11 back then.
Meh, time goes by and I'm getting older... When Freddie died I was in my last year of primary to go to Junior High, and when Hari died I was graduating from college :S
