I've just did some researching on this musical that Freddie participated in,and wanted to know some things.
Was this musical ever recorded on film and where do you find a copy if any? And how much did Freddie sing in the play?
"Was this musical ever recorded on film and where do you find a copy if any?"
- no and nowhere
"And how much did Freddie sing in the play?"
- nothing, he just sang two songs on the album and appeared once in a charity performance where he performed 3 songs.
What exactly were the results of your research?
Freddie only appeared on the album Time. He did not appear in the stage version altho he did record the Time video with members of the stage show. I believe the show has been filmed but never released because it bombed at the box office.
I see..well that's all I wanted to know really,I was just hoping to see this play, maybe they'll release it someday on DVD or something?
Thanks,I appreciate it.
Here the Link of Time Muscial all the info is there I hope it helps link
No freddie wasnt part of the show
He did 2 songs and that is on his Freddie mercury dvd
I saw Time back in the eighties and very good show
YV,the result of my research of Time is what I found in wikipedia and i've already seen the page that queenrocks shown me,that's all there is to it.
I just wanted to know what kind of part or role Freddie took part in and if there was a video, but at least now I know,so thanks again for the info.
Time was a great song he sang as well.Of course he does them all so well of course.
I had heard the performance with Freddie was recorded officially, it was mentioned on Queenzone not too long ago. The version of It's in Everyone of Us sounds pretty good quality, although I've only heard the crap quality audiance recorded versions of Born To Rock'n'Roll and In My Defence from that show.
If they were not recorded it's a real shame.

He found a quote that said "spoonfeeding available on Queenzone, homework also done for free"
You are suck a jerk.
Are you recanting now that the guy has revealed his extensive research to be wiki fucking pedia???
And who is the jerk if on receipt of the answer "there is no possibility that it was filmed" he responds "I hope it will be on DVD someday"?
Correct me if im wrong, but:
No video was recorded, only some photo's are available.
There do exist soundboard recording of his performance, but the copyright belongs to Cliff Richard. That have not been released, so its not available. Only thing we have available is the audience recording.
