I'm showing 23 peers of which 12 are connected to me. I have no idea why the others aren't. For some reason some people don't seem to be able to connect to me despite having a fully active connection correctly port forwarded. But other people are getting it fine, if you're one of the ones that cant connect to me for some reason, hold on, because others are now getting it and if you can connect to them you'll get it. The QZ tracker isnt exactly the best in the world which doesnt help. |

<b><font color="blue">Mr. Farenheit wrote: I understand and thanks... but stop complain about QZ tracker alright? It sounds bitchy.I'm not being bitchy, perhaps I should put IMHO infront of any comment like that in future. The fact of the matter is, despite every effort Richard makes (all of which I fully appreciate and am grateful for), as I said the Queenzone tracker is not exactly the best around. Half the time it refuses connections (I presume there is a connection limit set on the server that is set way too low), it uses a flat file system which is clunky, slow and inefficient as well as unreliable instead of a real database using something fast like MySQL or similar. Please don't take comments I've been made as bitching, they are far from it. As I said I am very grateful for this site and everything Richard does on here, we can't share on QOL and the Queen community needs somewhere that operates in the way QZ does in my opinion. As a long time collector of bootlegs this site is my main source and outlet for those. Something that for fairly obvious reasons I can't even really discuss on QOL. The three torrents I uploaded so far in the last couple of days, NONE of them started transferring data or even acknowledged seeds/peers for a considerable length of time. I wasn't even seeing myself on each of the two machines I was seeding from on different connections. I added my own tracker into it to try and help people get these quicker, the second I did so, my two clients saw each other. A couple of users connected through my tracker and instantly started transferring data, a few hours later I was also seeding to QZ tracker clients many of whom had been waiting for some time to connect. Make your own assumptions, I've made mine, that doesn't however mean it's a complaint indeed, the reason I added my tracker in was to help out by giving another (working) choice at the time. If people would rather I didn't do so in the future then fine, I won't. It's certainly no skin off my nose, I'm just trying to help. A quick glance through the thread on here about the tracker and previous other threads historically gives an idea of the problems that have pretty much always existed with the QZ tracker, those are facts, not complaints or bitching. Cheers Ian |

pittrek 21.07.2007 11:50 |
I see 2 seeders for Sao Paolo and 7 for the wwry afterparty right now |
YourValentine 22.07.2007 05:54 |
Thank you, Ian. For me the tracker works in most cases, no idea why. However, the tracker is on Richard's to-do list, he knows it's not working too well and your help is definitely welcome. @ Petr - have you ever been able to download a BitTorrent? If not: maybe you are behind a router in a local network? In this case you must open or "forward" a port for the BitTorrent client. Google for a FAQ website about "BitTorrent and router/firewall" in your language. |
Madman 22.07.2007 06:47 |
Damn, why somebody don't share complete video (yes, it exist, I saw some people who have it), of course that version have worser quality but it's complete. I even don't remember have many different dvd's I have with this fab gig - always the same source and running time (~85min without interviews).6 years of searching and trying trade and no luck :( Fu.k ... |

Ian, there seems to be a little problem here - the file VTS_01_2.VOB seems to be missing. Is this just a question of renumbering the files we have, or is there really a file missing? Please advise. Thanks!! :) |

Please advise. Thanks!! :)Oh shit! I've just checked, that file's corrupt and won't play at all in anything. I can't even access it, when I made the torrent it must have skipped the file for the same reason. I didn't check this before I posted it as I've watched it before. The rest of the DVD is perfect although the menus don't open the right songs after "Save Me" because of the missing file. I don't know what to say, sorry doesn't seem to quite cut it. I'm still seeding this, but anyone who wanted the whole thing is going to be disappointed. I'm desperately hunting around to see if I can find my original source and re-download it from anywhere. If I have any joy I'll of course post the missing part. Sorry... |
pittrek 23.07.2007 03:23 |
Ian, try to rip the file with DVDDecrypter with ignoring all the read errors. THis way at least something from the file will be readable |
frank39 23.07.2007 04:34 |
This seems to be the version, with that strange track order, Brian´s solo almost at the end of the show..... |

@ Madman I am not aware of a 113 min video of Sao Paulo 1981. Can you share some details? |

YourValentine wrote: @ Madman I am not aware of a 113 min video of Sao Paulo 1981. Can you share some details?Mr. Scully seems to have it... link But it says "Broadcasted on TV"... I thought the famous edited version had been broadcasted, not this one. |
Madman 23.07.2007 11:03 |
113min inlude full unedited concert + interviews with Queen, Paul Prenter and other + some backstage fotage from stadium if I remember well. Damn they are still selfish traders _ "no thanks for offer", "I don't trade this cos quality is worser" , "quality is suck/worser and not watchable" Buuuu :( |
YourValentine 23.07.2007 11:27 |
Hmm - I do not know anyone who has seen a 113 min video of Sao Paulo. Did someone ever show you a screenshot of unseen material, Luke? I also think that the usual 84 minute copy was broadcasted on TV. |
TheGame 23.07.2007 19:19 |
I've never seen this copy myself, but Martin seems to have it on his site. 113min + 5min soundcheck. If he states this, i guess he also have it. Perhaps Martin can clarify this. |
artko7 24.07.2007 08:35 |
What was happened with VTS_01_2.VOB?? It doesn't exist or this is problem with me? |
tgunn2760 24.07.2007 11:09 |
What is going on? Has this been moved to another thread? I would like to download it if it's complete. |
Leonardo Venegas 24.07.2007 11:18 |
The torrent has one file missing so the DVD is unplayable for the moment only 8 or 9 songs can be played plus the interview! We'll have to wait until Ian or someone else could fix it! |
Ian-Highlander 24.07.2007 12:02 |
No luck, sorry. I'm extremely embaressed I didn't check it before torrenting it, but that one file is completely screwed, I've even had the guys in the editing suite at work have a look at it but no luck. The rest of the disc is there and plays fine including the interview, but there are about 5 or 6 tracks missing in the middle which screws the menu up as a result. If anyone else has this version PLEASE upload VTS_01_2.VOB as a seperate torrent so that everyone who has downloaded this off me can complete it and so that I can complete my copy of it again. Once again, sorry guys, this is a real embarresment to me and not something I did knowingly. If I get another copy of it I will upload the missing file straight away. I will start uploading some other things later on tonight if I get chance so if there's anything else in my lists that people would like (see the other thread) let me know. I promise I'll check them thoroughly before torrenting them this time. |
YourValentine 24.07.2007 12:15 |
Relax, Ian, worse things happen. You are still sharing other torrents, so do not worry. I'll share a complete copy of Sao Paulo from tomorrow, which is maybe even a better generation. I cannot fix the missing vob file because I have a totally different DVD. As to the 113 min DVD on queenconcerts.com: it does not mean that Martin owns a 113 min video. His information comes from many sources but I doubt that this particular information is correct. |

S. site, look disc 2: link I tried got this one some years ago but I don't have somethink interestink to him :) |
YourValentine 24.07.2007 21:14 |
Okay, thank you. Looking at disc 2 of this edition I think that the set list is identical with the 81 min show from Disc 1. I'll ask Henrique to check the running time of this disc. |
Madman 25.07.2007 07:23 |
It's will be almost the same - but tracklist is corect (instrumental inferno) - but if You look there is total time of concert 97 min and 16 of that other stuff |

I also think that the usual 84 minute copy was broadcasted on TV.Not wanting to be an expert ;-), but: the 113 mins version is still no way the full gig, the extra stuff comes mostly from the paul prenter / Queen / fans interviews. Martin (as he will tell you) used various traders' list (as well as his own research!) when he was compiling his initial Queen concert information database. But its not the Bible - information gathered from these lists might lead to confusions about the actual live footage... |

YourValentine 14.08.2007 20:07 |
Yes, I did get an answer. The longer version is 97 minutes plus 16 minutes of pre-concert interviews. The longer version comes mostly from not editing the material, i.e. more audience noise and some bits of songs which are missing in the shorter version. There is no extra song and the quality is not so good as the shared version here. |
