If you should make a Queen CD that includes as much as possible styles of music, which numbers would be on this CD?
I'm trying to show my friends the geniusness of Queen, but they all like different styles! Which numbers should I let them hear?
Death On Two Legs, Lazing On A Sunday Afternoon, I'm In Love With My Car, You're My Best Friend, '39, Sweet Lady, Seaside Rendezvous, The Prophet's Song, Love Of My Life, Good Company, Bohemian Rhapsody, God Save The Queen.
In that order.
Put things that kind of sound different...
Like Fat Bottomed Girls kinda sounds country-ish, '39 kinda sounds folk-y, Somebody to Love is gospel-y, and Bohemian Rhapsody is operatic.
And of course put Killer Queen, because it's just the best. :P
So I should try something like:
1. Bohemian Rhapsody
2. Seaside - Rendezvous
3. Death on Two Legs
4. Innuendo
5. I Want To Break Free
6. Another One Bites The Dust
7. Pain Is So Close To Pleasure
8. Somebody To Love
9. Fat Bottemed Girls
10. '39
11. Crazy Little Thing Called Love
12. The March of the Black Queen (my favorite)
13. I Want it All
14. Love of my Life
(first idea, please tell me what's wrong or good )
