I thought the show was really good! A good performance by Queen and I love the fact that Al Murray was in it! He is such a funny guy.
Half way through the show I looked down my aisle and I noticed that good old Jim Beach was several seats down from me.
Well he was what I imagined he would look like cos I had never actually seen him before only heard the description of him always dressing like a tramp! So I double checked with a picture on the internet when I got back and found that it was indeed him. But it was cool seeing him!
What did everyone else think of the show? Or any stories from anyone?
yeah great show
Al Murray was in the bar beforehand, buying his own drinks (well his girlfriend was buying) I didn't imagine he'd be part of the show, cool.
yeah, it was tuesday 14th '02... here there's a brief review of that day:

DE NIRO APPEARS AT WORLD PREMIERE OF PLAY FEATURING QUEEN MUSIC
LONDON - Robert De Niro appeared Tuesday night at the world premiere of the new Queen musical "We Will Rock You," which he helped produce, and upheld his reputation as a man of few words. Flanked by Brian May and Roger Taylor, members of the Queen rock band, and comedian Ben Elton, who wrote the show, De Niro appeared outside London's Dominion Theater near a group of fans and reporters. When asked what he was looking forward to in the show, the actor, who is famous for his verbal brevity, muttered: "The whole thing."
