i quite liked them 20 odd years ago but they're shelf life is over now."skin trade" was probably my fave song of theirs.
ps their version of "white lines" is probably the worst cover version of all time imho.

Well, they reunited in 2003, made an album, went on tour, and then, last year, their guitarist (and one of my favorite members of the band), Andy Taylor, quit because the other members were bullying him around. I believe that now they're working on a new album, which, like the last one, will probably suck. And this one will suck even more because they don't have the super-sexy Andy Taylor anymore :(. link
Duran Duran is one of those bands that while they have some good songs they still have little to show besides their hit singles.
'Ordinary World' and 'Come Undone' are just supberb, though.
