Someone did hate him just because they knew he was a gay, but I didn't. I called that "losing image of Freddie". When I knew it 1. I didn't believe it 2. Searched on the internet 3. Whatched more videos Then I was gradually admitted Freddie is a gay, but I didn't hate him. And you? |
John S Stuart 08.04.2007 07:41 |
...and this is meant to be taken seriously? |
Deacon Fan 08.04.2007 08:58 |
Never hated Freddie, but I used to be rather angry at Brian for being straight. |
PlanetMercury15 08.04.2007 09:16 |
I listened to his music anyway (even though I am a Christian, I still love Freddie and his music, it's stupid how some people shun Queen just because of his sexuality. It may be wrong for a Christian, but that doesn't mean they have the right to disown him. Love Thy Neighbor, love them even if you can't do what they do or disagree with their choices). :o) |
QueenTaylor 08.04.2007 09:43 |
perfect example of hating Freddie because he was gay-I had a big fight with these people..take time to read it and how ridiculous it is-link |

I went through months of shock when I found out Freddie was gay. I mean - who knew? |

I was shocked but never cared-just let it pass |

Music is music. Private life is private life. I love Freddie because of his work and I dont care if he was gay or not or even he used to sleep with aliens. Freddie is still Freddie, one of the the best singers and songwriters in the world. Besides gay people have the same right to be happy as hetero people. So why the hell should I hate Freddie? I always knew he was gay. Come on, just look at him in the 70's shows with those tight ballet suits! <3 FREDDIE <3 |
QueenTaylor 08.04.2007 10:49 |
I feel the same way-and Freddie was hot-gay or not! :P lol |
coops 08.04.2007 10:49 |
I was stunned. Floored. I mean, for years I watched this limp wristed man call everybody darling, acting as camp as can be and wearing leotards every chance he got, and was a huge fan. When he admitted to being gay? Well, I still don't believe it. |

QueenTaylor 08.04.2007 11:08 |
^lol-well that steve is such a jerk-i hate that guy so much-and pr is fab o yeah-and Bad_Co..and Led Zep-they're sooo prejudice |
Saif 08.04.2007 11:21 |
I like Led Zeppelin a lot. They're probably my third favourites after The Who and Queen. But most Led Zeppelin fans are pigheaded like that. That's why I don't go on Led Zeppelin boards, because they're so supremacist and elitist in different ways. Some of them are really cool though but those bigots really piss me off. They apparently think that Led Zeppelin were more "normal" compared to Queen. But to be honest, Robert Plant is more feminine than Freddie. Buy the "The Song Remains The Same" DVD and watch "Stairway to Heaven" to know what I mean. I'm glad I wasn't at that concert because Robert Plant was horrible live(the rest of them were great though) adding ad-libbed nonsense and improvising idiotic lyrics into otherwise great performances. "Does anybody remember laughter?" WHAT THE FUCK!? Robert Plant was prone to forgetting lyrics too but that's another story... When I first saw a picture of him in concert, I was like "Whoa, he stole his sister's top for the concert..."... |
QueenTaylor 08.04.2007 12:04 |
yeah-I'm a Zeppelin fan myself-but thats not the only good music in the world-just because Freddie was gay-he had a magnificent voice and they don't kknow what they're talking about |
brENsKi 08.04.2007 12:56 |
Freddie was Gay? no fucking chance!!! - wtf? when did this story leak? and what's all this about him dying? fucking hell, i realise he's been quiet - cd and tour wise, but surely he's not dead? ;-) |
Crezchi 08.04.2007 13:54 |
a gay? hmmm, thanks for isolating human beings! How can you call a homosexual human being, 'a gay'?? How descrimitive! And no i am not gay, but i am so sick of people instead of saying 'gay man, gay person', they say 'a gay'! |

Who cares if he was gay or not? He's hot, he's talented, he's great! I didn't mind. It made him an even more interesting person, because he was one of a kind. |

I didn't care. It is interesting to note that "kids today" think he looked far more homosexual in the 70s than in his "gay clone phase". Quote from unadorable child : "Wow - you never would have known he wasn't straight !" When I found out he's dead, "A Night at the Opera" sounded like an obituary for a while. Then my mom informed me that, o yeah, I listen to a lot of music recorded by people now in various states of decomposure (or otherwise disposed of). |

"Gay" is Persian for cool and English for happy. So Freddie was happy-go-cooly |

Who could possibly care? It would be like hating or adoring or don't minding someone for his haircut... The question is: What did you think when you knew Brian, Roger and John were heterosexual? |

I was a bit surprised. I didn't know him very well at that time and I had only seen pictures of him from the concert at the Wembley stadium and those kind of pics. I didn't think he was gay. But when I found out, I didn't really mind...I still love him just as much :) |
