Read the section about Freddie and tell me if anyone has seen this tape. Personaly I think it's quite a rare collectors item but it's worth finding out...
I knew about the gig but wasn't aware it was Papa George's band. We have a friend in common so I'll get the question asked to see if there's a copy floating around.

Honestly, why telling it? 1. What do they gain from it? Will they ever get it? 2. If they get it... Where does it dissapear into? Right... The Archives.

But as you know after the Archives, it will somehow be at the hands of some respectfull collector ; )
and then... Queenzone!
Take care

Collectors don't share on QZ... Otherwise there would be no use in collecting it. That's why I'm a collector.

It depends on your definition of Collector.
I´m a collector of oficial stuff (mainly vinyls). That´s why i can´t share much, because every bootleg i have i got it from Queenzone appart from some not too rare stuff.
But guys like Sir GH are collectors from Live Bootlegs and share on Queenzone. There isn´t a rule, but i guess they come here to collect too!
Take care
Well... I have shared some aswell, but both me and Bob didn't share real exciting stuff. We're talking about real gems here (Cricklewood 82). I can name a few things I'd not share here from a collector's point of view such as Yamaguchi or Drammen.
It seems like hoarding, but these recordings will 'leak' sometime, so before they leak... You got to make the best of it and try to get more rare unreleased stuff. So when things like Yama or Drammen get shared, you have some things for backup you know. That's the whole point of trading.
I don't mind if those recordings leak out to the public, but I know that I have some rare stuff to get new stuff when it's leaked. Then the circle starts all over again. It's just like Houston 77... 6 Months ago it was one of the rarest recordings, with Drammen. So when Houston got shared here, Drammen was the rarest. Then came Yamaguchi. So on...
Collectors NEVER share rarities. That's the first rule if you want to survive as a collector. If a collector shares a rarity (and that happens like once in two years), then he hardly ever gets access to more rarities again.
