They are not that rare, widely available from long time ago and some of them are officially released in the FM Box set. Plus a couple of those Queen demos are FAKE.

Hey - this is probably a stupid question, but I'll ask anyway.
After downloading a file, when I click on the WinRar file icon, hoping for a "rename file" option, that doesn't come for me...
Help?

beautifulsoup, in Windows you can go to "Folder Options" in the "Control Panel", and under the "View" tab turn off the option "Hide extensions for known file types." That way you should be able to rename the files to the ".mp3" extension.
