It depends if you have a genuine interest in normal cars or not.
If you do, then the show is very frustrating with useless challenges and dicking around.
If you don't and just wanna avoid Heartbeat, its great.
Personally, I find it frustrating. They've lost the balance between dicking about and reviewing motors compared to previous series. And the challenges they do now are scripted, unfunny and sometimes painful to watch (caravaning last series and roadworks this series).
They need to freshen up the format, but when your getting high viewing figures, why bother?!
Also, people go on about Clarkson being a legend. He talks out of his arse alot of the time. His best programmes were post original Top Gear - Motorworld and Car Years.
The first episode of this series was truly awful, the second a bit better. But before long, I think Hearbeat might be the better option...
Best TV show at the moment - Harry Hill's TV Burp of Frank Sidebottom's Proper Telly Show - returning to Channel M tonight!

I watch the first episode in the new series when the showed Richard Hammonds car crash... He has fone well considering it was less than 6 months since the crash!!
so.we now know to avoid 79th street in miami and to check the breaks before we head into alligator infested race tracks, the squirrel looked appetising though.

Do you think they'll show that on BBC America?
it might of even been Hillary for president that did it.
i liked Jeremys comment regarding inbreeding vegetables and i dont think BBC America will be doing cartwheels to show the episode somehow
