Hello Queenzoners! I have for you a nice show from the european leg of The Game Tour 1980. 26.11.1980 Sporthalle Cologne, Germany VG - AUD > WAV > CDR (x) > WAV > FLAC frontend (level 8) This is the best source available so far. Note there are some slightly clicks at the end of Save Me and during the Now Im Here on disc 1 (probably a cd-r failure or something...) The show misses 3 last tracks: WWRY, WATC and GSTQ and also SHA is cut after 0:50. But it's the best version we can get at the moment!;) Correct me if I'm wrong. DISC 1: 01. 3:26 Intro Jailhouse Rock 02. 2:53 We Will Rock You fast 03. 3:20 Let Me Entertain You 04. 4:40 Play The Game 18. 05. 3:00 Mustapha 06. 3:09 Death On Two Legs 07. 1:55 Killer Queen 08. 2:08 I'm In Love With My Car 09. 5:22 Get Down Make Love 10. 5:10 Need Your Loving Tonight / Vocal Improvisation 12. 4:23 Save Me 13. 4:12 Now I'm Here DISC 2: 01. 4:00 Vocal Improvisation / Dragon Attack 02. 2:08 Now I'm Here reprise 03. 4:54 Love Of My Life 04. 3:20 Keep Yourself Alive 05. 2:26 Drums solo 06. 5:19 Guitar solo 07. 3:22 Battle Theme / Brighton Rock finale 08. 3:31 Crazy Little Thing Called Love 09. 5:14 Bohemian Rhapsody 10. 5:52 Tie Your Mother Down 11. 3:27 Another One Bites The Dust 12. 0:49 Sheer Heart Attack (cut) Links: part 1: link I will be uploading all day long today! Enjoy ! |

I already have this one but thanks anyway... ;) This recording has the sound keeping changing from left to right channel and it is a little bit annoying. I just would like to know if there is there a way to correct this? |

<b><font color="blue">Maruga wrote: Thank you very much for this... Does anybody has a click removal?... I know somebody posted here a concert using that...That's me. Use ClickRepair. That's a great software but the license is not free. I've used many free declick softwares but there was still some clicks after using it. This one is really perfect. But it costs 20 or 25 dollars (can't remember exactly how much)... |

Sorry I am late to thank you. This was a great pleasure as it was the first Queen gig I ever went to. So it's something special for me! ;-) |
CzarQ 23.02.2007 08:32 |
Cool !!! It must have been an experience... wow! Did you attend any other Queen shows in time '80-'86 ??? Maybe you have some photos taken by yourself ? Wish to see them :) Cheers! |
RogerTaylorNet 26.02.2007 08:08 |
It was awesome back then and I am happy I had the chance to see them. I have been at the following concerts: 26.11.1980 Cologne, Germany 06.05.1982 Cologne, Germany 07.05.1982 Cologne, Germany 11.09.1984 Dortmund, Germany 22.09.1984 Hannover, Germany 21.06.1986 Mannheim, Germany 28.06.1986 Munich, Germany 28.06.1986 Munich, Germany 19.07.1986 Cologne, Germany Unfortunately these were the times of bad portable tape recorders (and I didn't even have one so I did not record any shows) and digi cams weren't around so I have just a few pictures I took of Brian and one of Freddie at their hotel in Cologne (where I also still live) and a few autographs of that time - but with a personal dedication on them. So sorry, if I cannot be of any help in regards of photos.... |
