There's a plug-in for Firefox, if you use that browser. Or, if you don't have Firefox, there are web-sites you can go to and paste-in the URL of the YouTube video and download it from there. link
After that, if you want to put it on an MP3 player or something, you'll need to convert it to the proper format (you can do this on-line, vixy.net or download a converter - I like "SUPER").
If you don't convert them - you'll need an .FLV player.

Paste the YouTube video's URL into the box and press enter. Click on the link that appears below to download it. In most cases the file you download will not have a file extension, but sometimes it will. When it doesn't have an extension just rename the file to "x.flv"(or whatever) from "x"(the original filename). You need FLV Player to play it. link
^^ You can get it here.

Thank you SOOO MUCH! I've been looking for this for a really long time!
But are the sites you mentioned kosher? Do I need to install anything for it to work? Sorry for asking so many questions.
Okay. I tried it and it didn't work. i'm thinking that I should probably load the vids first. And it won't convert onto my MP3 player, even though both Vixy and the manual said I had the right file type. Any ideas? Sorry that this is a bit...you know.
