I believe that pic was on the frontpage of Queenonline when it first started (I mean, when it was no longer queen-fip) around 1999. I remember thinking it was a very cool picture, showing a very energic Freddie in what must have been a hell of a rock concert. That was the first time we were introduced to the "Queen+" concept because it was around the release of Greatest Hits III. Over here on the QZ boards (or was it Queenrocker?) people thought that the "+" sign between Queen and GH3 meant that there was going to be a re-release (or re-recording) of the "Queen" album or something like that, hehe :).
Still, a very cool pic. There's another one I like a lot from The Works tour with Freddie jumping with his body arched back, the band on fire and the lighting rig shown in full bloom. It features in the GH2 booklet and was used for the Freddie Mercury postal stamp.

Thanks for the info. I would love to see the picture you are talking about. I have seen the Freddie Mercury postal stamps on ebay a lot of times. Were they actually legal stamps or just Queen memorabilia?
