Last night, the FOX network was airing reruns of the Simpsons. One was an episode that I'd really wanted to see before, but had missed. Marge becomes a carpenter and Homer takes all of the credit, while Bart controls Principal Skinner with a peanut allergy.
Anyway, about halfway through the episode, Homer said, "Let's sing a fun song!" And started singing We Will Rock You. Lenny and Carl were beating the beat on the tool cabinet. It was really funny. Did anyone else see this?
Are there any other Simpsons episodes with Queen music? I know about the one where Maggie and Moe become friends, and they play You're My Best Friend.
South Park - 1014 - Stanley's Cup
In this episode "We are the champions" are being played. It's not The Simpsons, but South Park, I know.. The last episode which are released of South Park. .
Thanks! I knew about the Duff Beer one (with the Opera poster) but not some of the others! Oh, and in My Name is Earl, they used You're My Best Friend (the episode with the suicidal guy in love with Joy). And I heard that they used Friends Will Be Frieds in an episode.
Thanks again!!
I think that Homer sings a fragment of "Good Old fashioned Lover Boy" in one episode, while driving his car... has anyone seen it?
I´m from Argentina and in the dubbed version it seems to be that song he is singing... I may be wrong... I really don´t know...
There is an episode where Homer s caught dancing with a dancer, and he take Bart around strip clubs, and there are laods of quotes from good old fashioned lover boy (or its just coincidence), e.g. your wish is my command.
