I recently went to the Bittorrent web site and downloaded the file, now how do I download the shows from here or other sites? Can anyone help?

You need to download a bittorent client(that is a program like ABC,uttorent and others)the with the file you open it and it is added to this program and select the folder where you want the download,then just wait to be connected to other people and there you have it,hope this will help you,for any doubt check some pages with bittorent help.

There seems to be some trackerproblems on Queenzone, so you should use utorrent or ?(bitcomet?) link available in multiple languages.
As mentioned install this small program and open the file on the topic you want to download and utorrent opens automatically.
Never download more than 2-3 torrents at the same time and keep on seeding after you finished downloading, so that others can finish as well. ;-)
If you have a fast connection you might be able to download more torrents at one time? I don't know.
