On the VH1 Legends show, near the end, when they were talking about Innuendo, there was a beautiful solo piano riff. It sounded similar to the melody of "Who wants to Live Forever?". Is there another version of "Who wants to Live Forever?" without the orchestra? Or is this riff from another song?
Yeah believe it or not, there are songs you might not have heard of if you only download stuff for free rather than buying the CDs. This track has been a bonus on every edition of the A Kind of Magic CD in every country ;)
Thanks for the info!
I don't download songs for free, but I will admit to buying songs (as opposed to albums) from I-tunes. Here in the U.S. there hasn't been much opportunity to experience their music and videos. My favorite classic rock stations now play a lot of their 70s stuff, but a few weeks ago, I would not have been able to name a single song released after "Under Pressure". Thank goodness for YouTube.

I live in the USA and I have legally acquired all of Queen's studio albums (and some other stuff).
Also, I have a totally legal "Queen Greatest Video Hits I".
I totally rock.
The secret to my awesome success was in ordering the CDs from the local book-store - which I did by walking there (though I got Hot Space used). You could also order them on-line and have them delivered to you.
It's cool. I really encourage people to buy the actual CD of A Kind of Magic though. Not just for the songs, but the CD booklets smell fabulous! (It's all that black ink)
Who else smells their CD booklets?
Why suppose someone has only downloaded stuff for free? We now live in a time where you can legally download music through e.g. I-Tunes. There you can pick the songs you want if you don't want to buy a complete album.
btw: I bought my first vinyl single in 1970, so I do know that era as well.
omg, that makes me feel old :-)

Well, most people at my school say, "If you pay for it, you're stupid". Buying from iTunes is alright by me, but most of the kids I know get their MP3 / whatever song "somewhere else" (usually illegal - the illegal places being what I don't like).
I guess, after trying to explain my views on illegal downloading to my Economics class, it just seems most people my age would rather find a free-yet-illegal way to get music than to pay for iTunes or something else.

Go to a real record store...... and buy a REAL Queen album.
I love my Queen albums on vinyl, cassette, and cd... I like having the album and reading the booklets.
