Hello all. Like me, I figure there are a few of you who accept Paul as the current singer of Queen and are anxious to see him perform live again, whether it's under the Q+PR moniker or not.
That being said, who all is planning on seeing him in Atlanta? I sure as hell am and can't wait! Paul puts on a great show - with or without Queen. With his solo dates, the promise of a new Q+PR studio album and the inevitable tour that will surely follow, 2007 should prove to be quite a year for us Queen and Queen + PR fans.
Atlanta? Nah, too far away.
But I might catch him in Weert, Holland.
(Which is -contrary to what Paul's website says- NOT near Amsterdam!!! As a matter of fact it could not have been further away from Amsterdam!! For those wanting to travel (some Germans I can imagine as it is very close to Germany): Weert is in between Eindhoven and Maastricht. :-)
Simps: The Duluth bootleg is nothing special, I grant that, but the actual show was wonderful. I was right up front and the acoustics were fantastic. No idea what location within the venue the bootleg was recorded, but I'm sure it wasn't a professional recording, anyhow. Don't let the bootleg be an indicator of what a Paul/Queen + Paul show will sound like.
