Maybe you should rephrase your question, so that you no longer ask TO BE GIVEN the business mail for Brian's website????
"Can anyone tell me what's the business contact mail for: business with the webmaster or with Brian himself (through another person)?"
"what's the business contact mail for" requests to be given that mail address.
"what the business contact mail is for" requests info regarding its usage.
If you can't properly phrase a question, it's not my problem if you request the wrong thing unintentionally.
Though you sound a bit ironic, I guess you're trying to help me, and maybe I didn't express myself clearly enough.
I'd like to know the use of this mail is.
"I'd like to know the use of this mail is"
it's for all business topics
For example if you are a caterer and offer service for the tour, if you are a teacher and ask about the use of Queen music in your classes, if you are a journalist and ask for a photo pass or backstage access or anything else. Phil Symes is the person to ask and he may redirect you to someone else if he is not in charge.

Yes. When I am not surrounded by people whose combined IQ can be counted on one's fingers.

If you don't know, you probably don't need to know.
