Nominate the best "Queen" moment of 2006. It doesn't have to be a concert, it could be a TV interview Brian gave that was particularly memorable. Whatever. What's your pick?
There were 16 great Queen moments for me in 2006, but I guess to pick one, I'd choose..
October 18 - When my collection became pretty much complete with the arrival of my final card sleeve (Wembley) and the proper Karaoke Hits remaster CD set (until then I had a defective Korean version). Since then, there's no more pressure to get anything before it goes out of print. I'm up to date.
Oh, for Queen themselves? None. They ignored the majority of North America on their North American tour, failed to deliver the singles box.. total failures. Hope they rot in hell.
The Freddie Mercury stuff being released made up for it I guess...

My wife and I were there, front row at the end of the catwalk. Paul R. smiled and winked at my wife, bastard. Bet Freddie would not have done that, lol.
There were LOTS n lots of wonderful things this year ((personaly for me!))... but just to name a few .....
The Vh1 Rock Honors -- A.I. --- UK's best selling album --- finding out there will possibly will be another tour and album!!!! ..... etc... :)
Brian's MacBookPro rant. A classic. Oh, wait - I guess that's my favorite *Brian* moment.
Queen moment...I'll go out on a limb and say studio time, even though we have no idea what will come of it...

I was also there. Paul shook my hand from the stage during the second or third song in the set. I was quite thrilled.
The tour definitely tops everything for me, although a very close second was speaking to the three of them during one of the radio call-ins they did. The whole tour was the fulfillment of what seemed for a long time like an impossible dream, and I'm not sure anything will ever compare to the first concert I attended. Rock & Roll Fantasy indeed. Its been a pretty amazing two years.

I have to ask... is it really different from the ones on the boxed set? Thus, is one song worth 20 dollars, or whatever it is?
Musically - no, lyrically - yes. I think USD 0,99 for downloading that track will be more sharming than 20 dollars for the ocean of dancing remixes.
BTW, I forgot to mention Felix and Arty in my highlights' list!
