That´s not his natural environment!
He´s trying hard because he´s not singing live and people in the studio knows it. He´s alone on stage just trying to entertain the best he could.

I saw this one "live " on my TV back in the spring
of 1987...the german show was called "Vier gegen
Willi" hosted by comedian Mike Krueger...
Fred did not talk one word to the audience or
Mike, just the playback of the song was done.
Any help??
